I'm beyond happy that Senorita held its Spotify / streaming numbers even just for this weekend just cause some people are stating that it will crash and burn, repetitively, I may add. It's funny when some PREDICTIONS are so confidently stated like they are FACTS LOL. The song is really catchy tho. You can quote me, I don't bite. I was the only one who said it would crash and burn. SeΓ±orita holding as well as it did is an anomaly for Shawn, especially because it debuted with such high numbers. Usually, for MOST artists, a song that debuts with such high numbers will see a decrease in the weekend. It might rise even higher on Monday and for the rest of the tracking week, but decreases usually happen. Of course, there are always exceptions and SeΓ±orita seems to be one of them. |

Wow a 22k difference with 2 versions combined! Huge rebound! Three days ago it had less than 1.5 million streams from 2 versions combined, so I think 400k additional streams is a solid rebound. A huge rebound would be back to being streamed 2x the #2 song for me. Which isn't happening. I think everyone overestimated the impact the EP would have on the song, when in fact his other tracks are performing more impressively at the moment. |

Yes, I should've used other words to describe my hate against Twitter Stans. I have no problem to admit that I was wrong and that I didn't even think about the fact that there's more than a meaning for that word (in my native language as well) and some people could be affected by this.

usually around this time, i'd place a well-timed mildly humorous but often used GIF such as the one of Donald Glover delivering pizza to a burning house. but, this case is different bc y'all need to move on from this situation. the fact that people are still trying to defend the use of an offensive slur even after the person who originally used the slur nicely apologized is what I feel like the embodiment of what the hot 100 threads have become. just pointless arguing even after the subject of the argument has become irrelevant and why so many people who frequent this thread are often frowned upon in other corners of this forum
