7 rings - around 580 points I hope the new song doesn't accelerate "7 rings" fall significantly. It's been descent has been the most graceful out of all the singles she released during Sweetener/TUN cycle and I'd like for it to stay that way & get that year-end top ten secured. |

Can Ariana debut at #1? OTR has about 500 points for this week. With how many points did tu,n and 7 rings debut? Edit: Just did the homework: 7 rings - around 580 points TUN - 443 without a full week, around 400 after one full tracking week BUWYGIM - around 420 I'd say debuting at #1 is achievable if the song is good. On fhasβ system, 7 rings debuted with like 650+ points and Thank u, next debuted with like 450+ as well. |

There's still a good amount of demand, and depending on how sensational the song/music video are and if they spark more romance rumors and all, it might become a viral moment. And (given it's a good song) it will most definitely start off at radio stronger than MITG, probably streaming too because there's a music video. |

7 rings is one of the most defining songs of 2019. I seriously doubt she's overexposed. But I also believe it'll be very hard to debut at #1.

Sunflower is one of my favorite #1s of the past few years, so I'm happy with its longevity. I don't know for sure if it will break the top 10 record, but I think it should definitely at least last more than 52 weeks on the Hot 100, which is still quite impressive.

I'm old enough to remember when it was the βStarshipsβ record. The Starships record was for songs with the most consecutive weeks in the top 10 right after debuting there (no gaps in top 10 after debut), but in Shape of You's case it holds that record and the most-weeks-in-the-top-10 record. Girls Like You didn't debut in the top 10, and Sunflower dropped out of the top 10 for a couple weeks after debuting there, so Sunflower could only match or beat the most weeks in top 10 record. |

Why is bad guy still gaining on radio? Stop playing that trash. Because it resonates with radio listeners really well and still has room to grow on nearly all formats except alternative. It's also killing it in streaming and sales, so you seem to actually have the unpopular opinion of disliking it. I know it sucks to see songs you don't like doing well, but that's the way life goes sometimes. |

I saw a post somewhere that said something like his audience is youth pastors that sit on chairs backwards. I donβt know what thatβs supposed to mean, but maybe his songs are lame, and itβd be sad for songs so lame to debut so high.

I also feel like every relevant mainstream rappers deserves some level of commercial success, but that has never been and might never be Chance's audience. He's never been a streaming force. Neither has Tyler, but he still managed to chart some songs off his album release, so who knows? Chance might get lucky, too. |
