We love a slow burning hit with longevity tho. It’s rare for an established artist these days to have a song hit #1 after 3-4 months of release, rather than right off the bat (like how “Heartless” did.)

As for “In Your Eyes,” I think they will have other tricks up their sleeves to get it it to #1.

The Hills actually didn’t hit #1 here either lol. Earned It and Can’t Feel My Face are his only pop #1s.

Between CFMF and BL though, he’s peaked between #2 and #5 six times (The Hills, In the Night, Starboy, I Feel It Coming, Pray for Me, Heartless). Ariana’s Love Me Harder also peaked in that range.
