Late, but this now have the fourth highest net positive score in the callouts. DISGUSTANG how quickly they dropped this despite decent streams and sales and now good callouts

Isn't this their highest charting single this era though? I wouldn't say it did that terribly..

A -800 bullet is not something you can recover from. Less than a handful of cases where that happened (Shallow, Forget You).
I think a lot of these pandemic related releases aren't thriving because people are looking for distractions in music, not a reminder of the mess we're currently at.

Late, but this now have the fourth highest net positive score in the callouts. DISGUSTANG how quickly they dropped this despite decent streams and sales and now good callouts There's multiple factors at play. I could be full of crap but here's what I think. 1. Pandemic songs are struggling in general. I think people don't like being reminded of the mess we're currently in. Songs that weren't written for the pandemic but express feelings and thoughts that register with how we feel are doing well, songs written specifically for the pandemic in mind are struggling. 2. CHR/Pop has never been more rhythmic in its history. "Level of Concern" is a melodic song, by one of a precious few melodic artists that are still given a fighting chance in this environment. The moment it looked like it was faltering it got kicked to the curb. CHR/Pop doesn't want songs like this, and if the label isn't giving it a hard enough push they're not going to play it. 3. This still could be punishment for Twenty-One Pilots resisting the call to go full pop with Trench.
