Just a question regarding the hot 100 formula, what formula was used for the charts prior to the UGC change in January? It seems like many predictors adjusted their formula during the 6ix9ine leaks so I wonder if the formula pre-UGC change would also be adjusted.

Considering Camila Cabello could barely get a Top 40 hit, I'm not shocked Wonder isn't debuting in the Top 10.

His last two singles debuted at #2 behind Old Town Road so it wasn't impossible to imagine Wonder debuting in the top 10 considering how weak the top 10 is right now added with the fact that his single was released with a video/radio deal. I'm honestly surprised it might not be debuting in the top 10. I was also certain he had a top 5 debut on lock.

I mean, yes, after suffering massive streaming losses in it's first 7 days after it debuted, it's somewhat stabilized now but the only reason why it will get pushed down at all is because it started flopping on streaming as soon as it was released and didn't have any sort of consistency. It's gaining on radio and it had the sales boost in it's first week but it getting pushed down at all is as a result of its overall underperformance in consumption. The top 10 is pretty weak right now. If it performed even halfway decent on streaming, it would have dropped to maybe #4/#5, 21 Savage would still have his album bomb and it wouldn't be affected at all.

21 Savage is debuting tops 5/6 songs in the top 30. Franchise was projected to drop out of the top 40 in it's second week. Take away 21 Savage's album bomb/the new remix/website digital singles and it still experiences a similar drop to TROLLZ.

For Van Halen, I'm guessing "Jump" and "Runnin' with the Devil" have the best chance to re-enter next week . "Devil" only reached #86 on its original 1978 release, so it would substantially improve on that peak if it qualifies for the Hot 100, since recurrents that have charted can only appear on the chart if they would peak at #50 or higher.

^For sure, Van Halen will be able to chart a few songs in Digital Song Sales and maybe even Hot 100 Recurrents. If Dreams couldn't return to the Hot 100 last week with a full week of streaming and sales, I don't think it will happen for any Van Halen song, either.
