I know I'm a bit late to the party, but I predict that Driver's License will be the Year-End #1. It seems it is declining on Spotify I would guess faster than expected?

Songs on hot 100 this week that i want to become hits: -Prisoner by Miley Cyrus and Dua Lipa(Probably too late but it still deserves better) -7 Summers by Morgan Wallen( its in the top 40 this week but i am still a little worried it will fall off) -Damage by H.E.R(its actually gaining but could easily fall off) -Back To The Streets by Saweetie and Jhene Aiko(same as last one) -Holiday by Lil Nas X(i don't even particularly love this one, i just don't want to see him fall off) -Streets by Doja Cat(this one caught on out of nowhere, keep it up) -Starting Over by Chris Stapleton(same as 7 Summers)

So we've almost completed the third month of the Billboard 2021 calendar year. Time flies. For the chart dated Jan 30, 2021, here is my estimate of how the Top 100 of 2021 looks so far:
Driver's License climbs massively, no surprise. In my system each additional week at #1 is worth more points to make up for the likelihood the first week had a gigantic lead.

Of these, I think 7 Summers, Damage, Streets, and Starting Over have the best chances of making it. The rest have all peaked and are on their way out. Back To The Streets has been gaining too. I don't think its reached its peak.it could still miss the year end but i don't think its peaked yet You're not completely wrong there; I guess I should have specified that while Back To The Streets is more or less stable right now, with the release of Best Friend as Saweetie's next single, I wouldn't be surprised if BTTS falls off relatively soon. As for the four songs you added to the list, I sadly don't have great expectations for any of them at the moment. All of them appear to have peaked on their most relevant formats.

How do Hole In The Bottle's chances look because Kelsea deserves a hot 100 hit!

^It probably would need to chart past 20 weeks in the Hot 100. A lot will hinge on radio airplay, since it should be peaking there in the next weeks. If it losses there very quickly after the peak, its chances wouldn't be that great.

Dynamites gonna fall off next week & then be borderline until the end of the year isn't it
if Rockstar & More Than My Hometown just get 5 more weeks each they could both clinch.

Dynamites gonna fall off next week & then be borderline until the end of the year isn't it Yeah, looks like it. Feels weird that a non-Christmas song that didn’t make it past January could make the YE if the cutoff stays where it’s predicted to be. Even Believer and Panini were able to chart for at least one week in February.

I'm not expecting WAP to make it either and to be off the charts entirely in a week or so.

I'm not expecting WAP to make it either and to be off the charts entirely in a week or so. Same with Savage Love. Those two songs need at minimum 4 more weeks to have a shot, so as long as we get a couple more songs with decent longevity above them during that time, I expect them to be gone very soon.

Drake's coming back to dominate. I can't wait for LNCL and another single off of Certified Lover Boy (I can't believe they're still going with that title) to become a hit on TikTok and go to number one When do you see it peaking? Maybe January or early February? I say it depends on how fast its ascent/descent on country radio is. That seems to be the case for most of these organic country hits recently. Also, Drake's upcoming album bomb might be a factor if it peaks around the time that happens (and hopefully it won't). My bets are probably on an upcoming January/February release, be it a new single from Drake's album I think Mood will probably be somewhere in the Top 15 of the 2021 Year-End, possibly as high as the Top 5 depending on it's longevity, but I don't think it'll be #1. The most likely candidate is probably something from Drake's upcoming album (which will likely be a snoozefest, as per usual for Drake). So anyone wanna make bets as to how many weeks 'drivers license' will be on top? I think a safe prediction is 7 weeks Depends on the strength of Drake's next single RIP all our Drake predictions Although Lost In Musical Reverie kinda nailed it Or, of course, we might be in for a surprise - the most likely scenario. 😊

Now we just need someone to say Drake will miss the 2021 year end entirely

Yeah i'm not sure why they made that prediction haha. Even THE SCOTTS and Stuck With You made the year end last year and they where not as strong on drivers license. I do hope something more interesting becomes the Year-End number one cant stand teenage girl with piano songs (still this is better than others like "Lost Boys" "A Thousand Years" "If The World Was Ending" etc.)

^Yeah. It wasn't as if Drivers License would be a flash in the pan song similar to Trollz or Life Goes On.

Context btw at the time I said this TOTC was saying "it would debut somewhere in the top20 range with top 10 possible" not a 3 week #1 nathanalbright i'll do it when/if DL passes 190k if it falls out w/ less than that i'm waiting until the year end is released

Lil Pump is in sight.

I’m pretty sure driver’s license accumulated more points in 2 weeks than Trollz and Franchise did in their entire “chart run”

How are Year-End prospects looking for "Diamonds" and "HOLIDAY"?
I know the former has been nearly entirely carried by radio, and it's currently on its way out. Meanwhile, the latter is no longer on radio estimates, but it has been pretty stable in the 40s region on Spotify.
Both songs deserved better, but I still hope at least one of them manages to stick around long enough.
