The promo pic made me think a music video is probably in works.

So this completely grew on me and I am thrilled that they are going through with this. Even though I didn’t love the song at first, I knew from the get-go that this was a radio-ready smash waiting to happen. I can’t wait to see how this performs! Also that promo pic is gorgeous.

If she's ever going to get another hit with her as the 'lead', i think this the right type of song. This screams hit to me. I agree, but I feel like this statement has been said for almost all of her singles.

Lauren is absolutely stunningly beautiful, so why do they choose promo shots were she always looks a little off? What is that pose?

I think this is definitely her best chance at a hit with her current material. I'm honestly not too sure how I feel about this one. It's just feels like it's missing that oomph it needs.

Lauren is absolutely stunningly beautiful, so why do they choose promo shots were she always looks a little off? What is that pose? I've never seen someone with a worse stylist because her artwork is almost ALWAYS a mess. She looks a good 10-15 years older (or more) in almost every promo pic or single/album artwork she's put forth in her career. It is so bizarre because she is beautiful and still quite young, but they can't seem to get her 'look' right when they photograph her for anything.

This song got 3 adds this week right before add date next Monday. That's a decent sign for a pretty good add week next week and I am hoping this can get at least 25-30 adds next week.

The early adds leave me cautiously optimistic. Lauren Alaina is no stranger to very successful add dates ("Next Boyfriend, "Getting Good" both getting 45-ish) and then that song not doing well in the long run.

Well on the brightside those high add dates have always made me believe that country radio does like Lauren Alaina even after duds/underperforming singles. To this day "Next Boyfriend" stalling as bad as it did in the 40s despite such a high add date will always confuse me, the interest was there, radio seemed to be on board and then it went nowhere.

I continue to be baffled by the fact that she consistently has strong add dates and then those stations just don’t play the songs. Hopefully this one will buck the trend.

Second most added song with 27 adds on add week and 30 total stations. Not bad, but to be expected if this is gonna be a hit I would expect a long climb for it.

With this not being a lead single, a long lull since Lauren's last radio single, and there being no real hype around the song (and barely any promo), I would say that's a promising add date. To the top!

Great summer single. I'll be shocked if it's a hit though.

"Getting Over Him" did land in the Top 10 for most added this week with 9 more stations adding the song leading up to 40 stations in total so far. So far so good for the start of this song, I do hope a bigger audience station can add this song though and get it to chart on Billboard

Yes off to a good start, it's matching Parker McCollum for total adds in 4 weeks less time and he's coming off a #1. My only worry will be if radio keeps it in overnights.

10 more adds this week and debuts on Billboard at #53. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that's her highest debut to date.

I will say KKBQ is accounting for around half this songs audience on Billboard just fyi.
Nonetheless I do agree the start for this song is encouraging, but without that station I'm pretty sure "Getting Over Him" would be just barely charting if not still in New & Active on Billboard.

That is true for many songs that chart quickly one big station plays them a lot. Overall her spins look better then usual for this early in the process.

At this point I just want this to get at least high enough to get her third album out. Really they should go ahead and drop her album even if I This doesn’t hit because she already has a decently big streaming presence.

Holy shit her singles usually take at least 5 months to get to that point! Sensing a future smash. ;)

Holy s**t her singles usually take at least 5 months to get to that point! Sensing a future smash. I feel that's a bit hyperbolic, since I am pretty sure almost all of Lauren Alaina singles charted within a week or two of going for adds, the problem is that all of the singles spent forever in the 40s and 50s. The start for this song is encouraging like I said but I feel like people are being a bit over-hyping how this is doing as I remember both "Getting Good" and "Ladies In The 90s" charted pretty soon after going for adds and while both were a bit lower in chart position (I think both were in the mid to high 50s on the chart), both had around the same audience at this point (the charts are just real easy to chart right now.)

Officially enters the Top 50 on Mediabase at #49 with a bullet of 61 which is pretty good for this song as it does seem like this song is at a solid pace. I will say almost half of her audience is compromised of two stations (WHKO and KKBQ) but the start for this song is encouraging, I just hope this can start to sell well or connect.

This definitely feels like the fastest start for an LA single ever. It's also holding its own in Spotify streams - it's not on any major playlists (and I don't believe it ever was), nor is it listed as an official song on Jon Pardi's page, and yet it's nearing 3M streams. I wonder what the Apple Music numbers might look like since this song has been on their Today's Country playlist since it dropped last fall.
I also wonder if the Dustin Lynch single is causing any buzz for this song. I've heard radio DJs on two different occasions explain how Mackenzie Porter switched out Lauren because she already has the duet with Pardi out. At least people are talking about the song.
