Heard this one on the radio today and I loved it! Easily my favorite LA radio single to date. Love the production (expecially the fiddle work) and her voice sounds outstanding. Pardi sounds great too. I like this way more than Tequila Little Time. Hope this goes all the way up to #1.

I think this is definitely her best chance at a hit with her current material. I'm honestly not too sure how I feel about this one. It's just feels like it's missing that oomph it needs. Yeah I don't know, I'm just not really feeling this one at all. I don't know if it's Jon Pardi or what, but the whole song to me doesn't gel well. It feels like the contrast is off if that makes sense? The verses and choruses just sound clunky, and the production / mixing leaves a lot to be desired. I don't think they sound great together either.

Add me to the list of people who don't get why most people like this. I mean, I think that even Getting Good (and that's saying something) is better than this :/

I will say this is probably the one Lauren Alaina single that I did not immediately love and that is mainly for me being Jon Pardi's vocals I feel like is not a great match with the production. I like that Lauren Alaina and Jon Pardi are such great friends but they just don't have much vocal chemistry at all imo.

The fiddle is definitely not as pronounced as it would be on a JP song but it is there throughout. It’s most noticeable in Jon’s verse coincidentally enough, where it has a couple solo licks.

How haven't you heard the fiddle? lol it is also subtly playing in the chorus and, how it has been noted, it's audible on Jon's verse. I am not the biggest fan of Pardi's voice as well, but I like how it sounds with this kind of production and I think the contrast between their voices works very well!

Lol how anyone could listen to this and not hear the fiddle is confusing to me. It definitely isn't like smothered in it or anything, but it's there.

Sheesh! Sorry for complaining, but it's a bit overkill to have 3 different people say the same damn thing to me. I got it the first time. The fiddle is on this song. It's so buried in the mix when I hear it, it might as well not even be there, but it is there. Happy now?

So I'm not chill because I used the word "damn" in my last post? LMAO, seriously? Good lord, I will make sure next time when writing a post to you or anyone that I come across as nice as possible since saying the word "damn" means I am reprimanding them. I mean I am annoyed at the fact that I have 3 different people tell me the same thing. I got the message the first time, afterwards it just feels like overkill.

Ray, you're taking this way too seriously. Nobody is coming down on you. Your use of "damn fiddle" was a bit...odd, because it does come off that you are insinuating that Aldo was dumb for hearing the fiddle at all. I don't think people pointing out that the fiddle is there is as egregious as you're making it out to be.

Look for it after that line! Also in Jon’s verse after just about each vocal line.

I have to say in defense of Ray the come backs to him about the fiddle were a little rough IMO. Austin’s response is more Helpful letting him know where to hear it not just what came off as laughing at him for not hearing it even if that was not the intent that’s how it sounded to me.

I'm really not trying to argue, it just all seems like a huge overreaction from everyone.

Oh that, well the first use of the word "damn" was just because I sometimes say the word damn for an added emphasis and I wanted to emphasize that I did not hear a fiddle on it. It wasn't due to anger or trying to be disrespectful to aldo in any way. I likewise am not trying to argue, just trying to explain my thought process in the first post and how I'm feeling right now. Also having 3 people say how wrong I am and not try to help insinuated to me that they all thought I was dumb for not hearing the fiddle at all.

I replied because I did feel like you thought my comment was stupid, and I also told you where the fiddle was more noticeable: both in Jon's verse (as it had already been pointed out) but also in the chorus. I did not mean to be rude, rough, annoying or anything else in any way or form. I am deeply sorry if you felt like I was.

Likewise, I am sorry if I came across as rude to you or anyone here as I just for the longest time couldn't hear the fiddle. Thanks for pointing it out btw I guess I overlooked you saying it. Once again sorry I sometimes struggle interpreting people's intentions and I assume the worst, especially when people say lol as I have always interpreted that as like laughing at someone.

I was so excited at all the new posts on this thread...until I read them.
Anyway this song has continued to show promising daily gains (until literally today) but overall I'm happy with its movement. I've heard it a few times on my station and it just sounds great on the airwaves.

The bar for her music videos is extremely low, but I'm cautiously optimistic with that screenshot because she looks amazing.
