Cautiously optimistic. She's had good material in the past, but I was not a fan of the song she released last year at all.

Cautiously optimistic. She's had good material in the past, but I was not a fan of the song she released last year at all. Sheβs released three so far. I didnβt care for Candy. I enjoy Waterfall well enough, and I havenβt listened to Kid Gloves enough to really have an opinion. If this new song is being promoted as a single, Iβm cautiously optimistic too, though if itβs from the same upcoming album as the other three, Iβm still expecting something relatively low key.

Available to pre-save and pre-add on Spotify and Apple Music, respectively. The track will be out next week, so the AAA impact date should be delayed (by a week?) as well.

FWIW 92ZEW added this song on Tuesday so some stations probably got it a bit earlier.

This will be on her album The Art of Falling Apart, out March 12.
Waterfall was her most immediate (and probably closest to Serena's old sound) but I think this might be the best of the four tracks released so far from the album, and probably the one with the most overall classic sound.
