it's no surprise if you have seen 'easy on me' numbers so far...just good..not huge for adele.. but the album is bad so it was expected

impressive regardless, but not mind blowing numbers. "Easy on Me" is #1 on US Spotify with 2.8 million streams, and she has 3 more songs above 2 million. 

for comparison, Olivia Rodrigo had "good 4 u" at #1 with 4.9 million, and she had 7 more songs in the 2 million+ club (and #9 was 1.994 million).

too early to say anything conclusive, and streaming activity is definitely slower these days compared to May, but I don't think Adele's album bomb will be as impactful as SOUR (which had all of its songs land in the Top 30 as you may recall).

She killed it, top 12 on AM, top 13 on Spotify and 7 songs in the top 20 on iTunes. These numbers are great, considering she’s an album artist.

I expect all 12 songs in the top 50.

that's about 5 million per track, about the same as folklore, below Sour's 5,7 million and thank u next's 5,9 million. Depending on how it holds on through the week and Apple Music numbers, I expect 4 or 5 songs in the top 10.

Adele's Spotify numbers are incredibly disappointing no matter how you slice it. Anyone who says they didn't expect 30 to become a top 10 biggest album debut of all time on Spotify is lying. In fact, it's not even top 15.

The meltdown can wait until we have the sales number. I'm sure a lot of people have been playing their vinyls and CDs nonstop since Friday. Either way, 30 almost matching SOUR's number is pretty impressive to me. It was leaked in full and half of the album tracks are longer than 5 minutes.

In a non-Adele news, All Too Well is still at over 2,5 million combined. I think it might actually hang around for a decent amount of time, and with Adele's album bomb not as strong as previously thought, might still be around the top 20 for this chart week.

True for RED, but folklore's first 12 songs did more than 30:

folklore first 12 tracks - 66.6M
30 (12 track album) - 60.6M

So even ignoring RED, Adele still didn't outdo Taylor

6-7 new tracks is not a whole new album..

I’m not sure what y’all are talking about. These numbers are pretty impressive for Adele, whose audience skews older and less online. She’ll absolutely get a big album bomb, bigger than 25 had at least.

Something to consider is that Adele doesn't have a dedicated fanbase that will immediately rush to stream the album and thus inflate the first day. Which is the reason why even though Taylor have the record first days, record first week among female artists is still held by Ariana with thank u, next. Adele will probably hold very well throughout the week.

21 and 25 had many years apart as well but 'hello' was huge and the '25 era' overall was massive .

These are pretty great numbers for Adele, especially considering the album is not what you would call streaming-friendly (half the songs are over 5 minutes). The album also only had 12 tracks.

I think her overall streaming numbers may be higher than Spotify suggests as she seems to be dominating apple music more and the album did break the pre-save record there quite easily!

Either way she should be able to get a few of the songs top 10 on the Hot 100 next week which would be amazing.

I'm also interested to see how well her numbers hold up. Hopefully there isn't too big of a drop off tomorrow.
