Don't Go Yet debuted at #11 on digital songs, Bam Bam will probably be #1.
DGY didn't reach the top 100 on AM, Bam Bam is still in the top 100 (currently #66). Bam's Spotify numbers are better (not significant), and YT numbers are pretty much the same I think - just like radio numbers.

I think it will debut somewhere between #25-30.

On US Spotify, Bam Bam is currently at #27 with 433,571 streams. On the equivalent day of Don’t Go Yet’s run in July 2021, the song was at #46 with 387,294 streams. So yes, I’d say it’s doing relatively better, but with the caveat that streaming was a fair bit stronger when DGY first came out, so the real difference isn’t as huge.

Been streaming Something In The Way nonstop after seeing The Batman yesterday, it's so fucking good. I'm not really a Nirvana fan and haven't delved into their deep cuts but this particular track is really good. It's basically the main theme for the film, and it's used during two pivotal moments. I can see why its so big right now.

Interesting, per Wikipedia the song already charted back in August 2020 when the trailer for The Batman first came out (I guess the release of the film might have been delayed a bit or something):

"Never released as a single and never a consistent part of the band's live setlist, "Something in the Way" charted for the first time in August 2020, after appearing in the first trailer for the American superhero film, The Batman. The song peaked at number two on Billboard's US Rock Digital Songs Sales chart, and number five on their US Alternative Digital Songs Sales charts."

At least Olivia gets some nominations. Kid Laroi is being disrespected big time. I have no idea why he is never nominated for these awards. He's 18 and is the lead artist on one of Billboard's all-time biggest songs (Stay) and has another Top 10 in his name (Without You). Putting artists like Chloe Bailey and Saweetie on a breakout list over KL is just plain wrong.

It depends on if we're talking 5 year-old kids, or like 8-12 year-old kids, because I could definitely see the latter group liking almost all those songs and artists. Many people probably don't realize how much younger teens and kids are one of the strongest markets for pop and are often the first to adopt and even determine pop trends and who the next big stars will be.

And as for Olivia, yes I'm definitely surprised she was completely shut out from all categories, especially because she would fit in well with all of these artists. Might very well have to do with politics between Nickelodeon and Disney.

Also I don't really see Sweetest Pie being the next WAP that some people are making it out to be. It'll likely debut in the top 10 and have stability due to it being Dua's new current radio single, but it definitely isn't guaranteed to go to or even moreso debut at #1. Perhaps the video could do something but other than that I'd expect it to debut in the #4-8 range, dip a little and then gradually rise into the top 5 again with radio
