Listening to Justin Timberlake’s “Take Back the Night” quite a bit recently, this song wasn’t very liked on release and kinda killed his comeback momentum but I find it pretty enjoyable.
Some others that come to mind: Nicki Minaj - Megatron (Summer bop) Taylor Swift - Look What You Made Me Do (her most enjoyable lead single imo) Black Eyed Peas - The Time (it’s fun!)

Kelly Clarkson ~ "Heartbeat Song" (Her voice is divine on the verses / bridge.) Katy Perry ~ "Swish Swish" - (And I thought "Unconditionally" was okay. EDIT: I didn't include CTTR because I didn't think of that one as panned like the other Witness singles, but just to be clear CTTR is probably my favorite song by her after Hot n Cold.)) Taylor Swift ~ "Me!" Sam Smith ~ "Too Good at Goodbyes" (At least I remember a lot of negative comments back when it was out. That's probably up there in my top 2-3 favorite songs by them.) Normani ~ "Motivation" (Still waiting on her debut album. RIP) Carrie Underwood ~ "Love Wins" Lady Gaga ~ "Perfect Illusion"

Chained to the Rhythm is the first one that popped in my mind

Oh right, Swish Swish AND Bon Appetite! And most of Prism, though Chained to the Rhythm is a meh.
ME! is another one that I admit isn't good but I did/do enjoy it.

Pop Champagne by Ron Browz was pretty widely hated back in the day (at least as far as I can tell), and yet I think it goes way harder than it has any right to. The chorus is more fun to sing along to than it should and both Jim Jones and Juelz Santana give above-average guest verses.
I’d also like to throw in Country Girl (Shake It For Me) by Luke Bryan, which I know a lot of country snobs hate for being one of the progenitors of bro-country. True, the lyrics are pretty brainless, but I really do like the instrumentation and groove on that song.

Nelly Furtado’s “Big Hoops” was the first to come to my mind, still one of my favourite pop singles of the decade.
Taylor’s “Me!” As well loooved it’s cheesiness!

Rare by Selena Gomez is an absolute 10/10 too.
Feel Good Time by P!nk comes to mind too. Although I'm not sure it was even panned? Just nonevenful? Either way it deserved better!

Two songs that definitely come to mind were both the lead singles of reputation and Lover of Taylor Swift, being "Look What You Made Me Do" and "ME!" I definitely enjoy their contrasting styles ("Look What You Made Me Do" being sharp, intense, and bold which is a far cry from what I used to Ms. Swift and "ME!" being the total opposite), and just the quality of the song that I didn't mind the polarising criticism towards both songs, particularly "Look What You Made Me Do", and the cheesiness of "ME!", especially with the "hey kids, spelling is fun!" line.
And let's not forget "ME!" has Brendon freaking Urie in it.

Pretty much all of the Katy, Ariana, Taylor singles mentioned here (okay, except "Swish Swish" which is atrocious).
The first song that came to mind was "Someone You Loved". I actually enjoy it and while the vocal isn't perfect, I don't mind it. Catchy chorus. EDIT: Add "Before You Go" to the list. I didn't realize it was just as panned.

Car Radio - apparently this is hated by people outside of Twenty One Pilots' fanbase and while I get why, can't deny how much this means to me We Got the Power - as one of the few people who still defends Humanz to this day, this song is honestly not that bad King's Dead - this is amazing, fuck all of y'all

Drive By by Train has some of the most terrible lyrics of the 2010s. But I’ll be damned if I don’t find myself still enjoying it anyways

So many but my taste is wack so
“Bikini Porn” - Tove Lo “Disco Tits” - Tove Lo “Go Girl” - Ciara feat. T-Pain “Go Hard (La La La)” - Kreayshawn “I Love It” - Kanye West & Lil’ Pump “I Warned Myseld” - Charli Puth “Judas” - Lady Gaga “Lost Cause” - Billie Eillish “Me Against the Music” - Britney Spears feat. Madonna “Nightmare” - Halsey “Skirt” - Kylie Minogue “Throw a Fit” - Tinashe
A couple of these were technically hits or did well enough, but none of them were public darlings and some are even hated by their respective fanbases. “Boyfriend”, “Focus”, and “Look What You Made Me Do” are others already mentioned.
