I don’t question Sticky being pushed on Urban/Rhythmic, but Massive should have never been pushed on any format. This should have been obvious when it dropped out of the Top 40 of the Hot 100 on the 2nd week. Massive is likely going to fall out of the Hot 100 this tracking week, finishing its run with only 6 weeks on the chart and a peak of 7M AI. Clearly wrong song choice. Jimmy Cooks would have clearly done better than this. Heck, JC is already ahead of Massive on kWorb radio. Just imagine how much potential it will have on radio if they ever push this on Pop.

That isn’t a good comparison at all. The last Drake project with his actual usual sound was still under a year ago with CLB. Now that’s a better comparison as most of his fanbase actually tuned into that album despite the overall thoughts they have on it.

The single you bought earlier gets processed as a return sale (so you get refund on the single) on iTunes, and then you buy the whole album as normal. The net result is you get a discount on the album.

So by hitting Complete My Album, you're generating a negative sale for the week. These "negative" sales apply to Digital Song Sales, but they get added back into the Hot 100. So Lizzo's 14k number last week is deflated (probably closer to 16-17k digital counting toward the Hot 100)
