Of course there's always the possibility of her releasing the video, if it's even completed, midweek, but they also might wait, in order to extend the consumption of the song and overall interest of the album, especially if they see the other metrics holding well and if they think the song will have a strong chance of hitting number one even if the video is released a couple weeks from now (wouldn't be wise to wait longer than that, because they also have to start thinking about promoting the second single).

They already said visuals aren't coming this week. It's probably another film.

Break My Soul being only #18 on TTH is kinda BS. If it was #1 there and she dropped the video it would probably have a much better shot at #1 on the Hot 100. Why would it be #1 there when it has been so low on Spotify?

After the campaigning they did with Savage Remix, Hive should be able to secure the #1.

Why would it be #1 there when it has been so low on Spotify? Isn’t it no.3 on Spotify? It obviously hadn't been until now, and it more so reflects interest in the album that in that one song.

Today's Top Hits is a bit random with this stuff but Break My Soul being so low is fine considering Summer Renaissance is #1. They can't crowd the top of the playlist with one act unless they want non fans to switch to another list.

It's looking more like 0 other top 10s as of now, random Twitter accounts aren't exactly reliable. idk why you stalk Twitter for 'predictions / hot 100' keyword, you've even posted predictions with 0 likes here

Also, you’ve got other songs like Alien Superstar, Cozy, Cuff It, and Church Girl that have a chance at the Top 10 if they can maintain their streaming.

Beyonce fell pretty hard on Spotify, only 2 songs over a million yesterday. Probably will only be BMS in the top 10 unless Apple Music streams are insane.

Idk what y’all are talking about but this page has prove to be reliable for a few years now Well, it fell on Spotify as expected, but its numbers are still way up from exactly 1 week ago so to that end it will obviously still rise a lot in overall streaming for this chart week. It will still likely need to finish ahead of Lizzo, Harry, and maybe Kate in overall streaming for the week to get #1. (I don't know its sales status; were any physical singles released?)

I get the feeling that only I'm That Girl and maybe Alien Superstar have a shot for the top 10, even if Cuff It and Church Girl are both gonna come close. Also, Boyfriend is now officially added to the list of songs to say your goodbyes/good riddances to.

The album didn’t even have bare minimum longevity. Imagine someone telling you 4 years ago (or even last year) that Future, Bad Bunny, and Harry would all have albums doing better than Drake.

Not to mention Drake’s album is literally just a side project so he could experiment with house music. And it still sent an album track to #1 on the Hot 100.

Good hold for "Break My Soul" on spotify. I hope its Apple Music numbers are big. If it manages another couple days above 1 million on spotify I think it will have the #1 on the Hot 100.
I don't know if she will have any other songs in the Top 10 on the Hot 100 though. Will depend how quick streams for the other songs fall over the next few days/how big the Apple music numbers are.
What's Beyoncé's song with most weeks in the top 10? I think "Break My Soul" could beat that with how well it's doing in airplay, the album streaming boost (likely lasting a few weeks) and the delayed music video release will likely give it another boost soon.

Drake, who typically makes rap music, surprise-released an entire dance album — something his fanbase never asked for or expected. I don't know how anyone seriously expected it to perform the way his albums usually do. People keep comparing Honestly, Nevermind's performance to that of albums released by artists who stuck to their usual sound and it's not the same thing. The commercial performance of Honestly, Nevermind is not an accurate reflection of Drake's current commercial standing. Implying that it is, is being disingenuous.

Drake always used dance hall in his music. One Dance is one of his biggest hits. Having a whole album of it isn’t as much as a shock like you think it is. If anything a surprise album should have better longevity because it had a lower debut. It isn’t fully representative of Drake’s commercial standing I agree, but it would have way better longevity if the album was, idk, good.
