I’m gonna guess the impact won’t be that much. Sure it will make the race closer as SZA has thrice the radio of Morgan, but given he will likely take a hit, I think she still has the edge. If the impact is bigger and we include the graphic maybe overestimating SZA’s streams though, that’s when I feel Morgan’s limited chances to sneak in and snag the number-one away from her go up. It matters if she loses more than he does. Looking at just pop radio alone she's been docked over 6 million AI while he's lost little more than 1.5 million. Then at HAC she's lost around 800k AI while again he's only lost about a quarter of that. She's lost nearly 1.5 million AI between Urban and Rhythmic, both formats which Morgan is not on. Meanwhile, Country actually saw an uptick, where Morgan gained about 300k. The TL;DR of all this is, SZA is getting hit a lot harder by this than Morgan Wallen is, and it absolutely makes a difference. We need to know what the margins look like with the new radio numbers. Wait, country radio saw an *increase* in listeners? In 2023? Wild. |

I mean she still had a big lead on him over the radio so I doubt she won’t be #1 because of the radio, besides in the prediction the gap was almost 20 points and it was because of sales so

Honestly, the race for number one feels meaningless nowadays. When songs like Like Crazy can get to number one, idrc if Kill Bill makes it or not. Kill Bill is still a huge hit regardless. I agree. it does feel strange SZA has yet to reach number-one though, considering her debut album Ctrl hasn't left the BB200 since its release over 5 years ago (303 weeks charting), and SOS is now a 10-week #1 (so far—who knows what the physical release + a potential deluxe could do!). and it's not like it's her albums selling well with no hits — she has many under her belt and her albums are streaming mainstays. |

Kill Bill was only held at number 2 by two different songs..."Anti-Hero" the first week and "Flowers" the other 6. If "Die For You", "Last Night", and "Like Crazy" hadn't been number one Kill Bill would still have been behind Flowers the entire time.

How many weeks has "Kill Bill" spent at #2 so far? The record for not hitting #1 is 10 weeks and the record overall is 14 weeks.
Also, it's wild to think that "Exhale (Shoop Shoop)" would've been a 12 week #1 if it wasn't competing with "One Sweet Day."
