What reunion would be bigger if it happened? Destiny’s Child or NSYNC?

Given that only one of those has a super relevant member left, it's pretty obvious.

Given that only one of those has a super relevant member left, it's pretty obvious. That’s because Beyoncé’s been way more active making new music lately than Justin. Not really a fair comparison. He’s kind of in the category of Rihanna or Bruno as “on hiatus” rather than “irrelevant”.

Man of the Woods did pretty underwhelming and he released multiple standalone songs since to test the water which all completely bombed (SoulMate, The Other Side, Better Days, DJ Khaled/Calvin Harris/Meek Mill features). It's not similar to Rihanna/Bruno who's last solo albums were huge successes and have gotten multiple high-charting hits afterwards lol. An NSYNC reunion could've done pretty decent in the mid 2010s, but I'm not sure the hype is there anymore.

N Sync because it's the least likely to happen.

His standalone stuff were fairly low-key side projects, a la The Carters/Lion King/Homecoming. And Man of the Woods was a dud era for him, yes, but it’s no different than say Artpop or Folklore/Evermore in that regard.

Justin basically destroyed any chance of that happening. *NSYNC should’ve done what DC did back in the mid 2000s, let the solo artist shine (Beyoncé 2003-04), then come back for one last time during the hiatus of said solo artist.
Had *NSYNC returned for one last album during Justin’s hiatus between “Justfied” and “Future Sex Sounds” (so late 2003-late 2005) then they probably would’ve scored some hits. Hell, I bet they would’ve been one of the best selling artists of 2004 had they dropped their final album that year since the music field wasn’t that strong.

Why wouldn't an NSYNC reunion be big? People on this forum have hate toward Justin Timberlake because of the Janet Jackson Superbowl incident.

Seeing Destiny’s Child, Backstreet Boys, and NSYNC go out in a final blaze of glory together around 04-05 would have been amazing. “Incomplete” is a really underrated BSB track and I remember having a brief obsession with that song in the summer of 2015.

Destinys Child. It would be a huge event. The other one might have some curiosity, but I don’t think people are really interested anymore in that.

I don't really see this happening for either of these groups, tbh. but if by some miracle they did both release new material or went on a tour, it's pretty obvious that Destiny's Child would be the more successful reunion of the two.
even by looking at their Spotify numbers, you can see Destiny's Child has over 13.3 million monthly listeners while NSYNC sits at 6.6 million. almost exactly half the interest there.
