1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 26, 34, 36, 41, 65 - remaining ranks, not bad considering I have half of my top 10 still in.

15. (Hot S**t) Country Grammar - Nelly: Ahhh the song that put Nelly on the map! I really love this song and thought this was a great first impression from Nelly. Such a fun, catchy and addicting jam. I love this enough to rank it at #9, so I really wish it could have snuck into the Top 10, but #15 is still great. Nelly was killing it in the 2000s and this isn't even my favorite from him. I love "Ride wit Me," "Hot In Herre" and "Dilemma" even more, all of which I would have ranked even higher than 9th. Pleased to see 4 Top 10 rankings for this and no Bottom 30 rankings. 14. Ridin' - Chamillionaire feat. Krayzie Bone: OMGG I finallyyy get a perfect ranking, as I also ranked this song at #14. OMGG I've been waiting so long for this, yayyy. This is another great jam and also really love this song too. With that said, I'm a little surprised this didn't make the Top 10 as I thought it was a shoo in to make it there. Not devastated that it missed it, but I would have liked it there. Anyway, this is a really fun and catchy jam and yeah, love it! This is by far my favorite from Chamillionaire. Wow it's crazy seeing all of those 11-20 rankings, 8 of them to be exact. :o 13. Through The Wire - Kanye West: Oooh nicee, so pleased to lose my last bottom half ranking as this was my #71 (oh wait no, I still got my #64 left, oops). I thought this was a pretty good and solid lead solo single from Kanye. I do really like it but loved so many other songs more from him in the 2000s. I would have preferred and rank songs like "All Falls Down," "Jesus Walks," "Gold Digger," "Stronger," "Love Lockdown" and "Heartless" much higher. 12. Southern Hospitality - Ludacris feat. Pharrell: Luda! Lovee this song as I ranked it at #16. This song is reallly so fun, full of character & personality and just a jam and a half! I love the beat and Luda's rapping on this. Gosh, Luda had sooo many hits that I loved in the 2000s. I can't even begin to get into it. But I think of his 2000s songs, I love "Rollout (My Business)," "Stand Up," "Get Back," "Money Maker" and "Runaway Love." I'm not sure if I would have ranked all of those songs higher than this one but I love them all amongst some others. 11. Let Me Blow Ya Mind - Eve feat. Gwen Stefani: Um, whoaa... I am shocked and was not expecting this song to miss the Top 10. Ugh that's so sad as I thought this was a shoo in to be in there. :'( Dangg, super sad as I do really love this song and loved it enough to rank it at #5. Wow and 9 Top 10 rankings too. That's incredible. Anyway, this song is such a classic jam! It showed how strong and what a force Eve & Gwen are as a duo. They both slay here and I just love what they both bring here. Love the Dr. Dre beat here too. I'm just still sadden and in shock this missed the Top 10. :'( Spots remaining: 1, 2, 7 11, 13 23, 27, 28 50 64 Still a pretty strong Top 10. Rooting for any of the 4 songs in my Top 10 to win. But also wouldn't be mad at my #11 or #13 winning.

The way nostalgia ruled my list, I honestly wouldn't be mad at any of these winning although my #14 would be the least exciting.

This is a good song but honestly idk if this is in my top 10 for Ludacris. If it was Move Bitch, Stand Up, or Get Back, they might have been in my top 10. Same!

I remember the video was played alot on TRL.

Welcome To Atlanta - Jermaine Dupri f/ Ludacris: Classic! Get into those cameos in the music video (for the original version).
Southern Hospitality - Ludacris f/ Pharrell: I’m still crazy about this song. The Neptunes production is so different from their other stuff at the time. I like Ludacris’ wordplay and delivery.
Let Me Blow Ya Mind - Eve f/ Gwen Stefani: I’m really shocked at the R&B and Hip Hop and Rap peaks. I can see if they swapped. Like, it should’ve been bigger on the latter chart.
Mine are 1, 5, 11, 13, 15, 16, 19, 20, 27 and 68.

Welcome back to the conclusion of 50 Years Of Hip Hop: The Rankdown Part 3! Leading off the Top 10 is the song that has the 4th lowest SD. Two Top 10s go down (and surprisingly neither of them are Top 5s), along with just one bottom half ranking.

8. Lose Yourself - Eminem"Lose Yourself" was released in 2002 from the soundtrack to the movie in which he starred, 8 Mile. It topped the Hot 100 for 12 weeks and peaked at #2 on the rap chart and #4 on the R&B chart. It was also a worldwide smash, topping the charts in 20 countries. It won Grammy awards for Best Rap Song and Best Rap Solo Performance, and was the first hip hop song to win an Oscar for Best Original Song. I was curious which song you were referring to as the least exciting to win... and now I get it. I get the comment for this though "Lose Yourself" is one of my all-time favorite rap songs, haha.

7. Grindin' - ClipseFormed in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Clipse consists of brothers Gene "Malice" and Terrence "Pusha T" Thornton. With the help of fellow Virginia Beach native Pharrell Williams, they signed with Elektra Records. However, due to disappointing sales for their first single they were soon dropped from the label and what would have been their debut album was shelved. Pharrell then signed them to Arista via his label Star Trak, and in 2002 released the single "Grindin'". It peaked at #8 on the rap chart, #10 on the R&B chart, and #30 on the Hot 100. It was later sampled in Chris Brown's "Sorry Enough" and Big Sean's "Friday Night Cypher". According to Pusha T, Pharrell almost gave the beat to Jay-Z. Malice changed his stage name to No Malice in 2012 after converting to Christianity. It’s funny that “Get Low” took Lil Jon and them past mainstream urban territory. I thought “Nothin’s Free” and maybe “Play No Games” from the same album would do it.
It took me a while to realize that the hook to “99 Problems” was a double entendre.
Not surprised to see “Lose Yourself” in the Top 10.

6. Overnight Celebrity - TwistaBorn in Chicago, Carl Mitchell started out using the name Tung Twista, releasing his debut album when he was 18. He later changed his name to just Twista and gained recognition on the Do Or Die song "Po Pimp". His 2004 single "Overnight Celebrity", produced by Kanye West, topped the rap chart and peaked at #2 on the R&B chart and #6 on the Hot 100. Samples the Lenny Williams classic "Cause I Love You" and received a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Solo Performance. Also features uncredited vocals by Kanye and uncredited violin by Miri Ben-Ari. Apologies to jtd Thee Stallion... 10. Get Low - Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz feat. Ying Yang Twins: Oooh this is such a fun and classic jam! This is a really fun jam and fun way to kick off the Top 10. But with me ranking this at #23, I would have preferred this missing out the Top 10 and having "Let Me Blow Ya Mind" in there. I feel like this is also one of those songs that grows on me more and more as time passes by too. Also my favorite song of Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz too. 9. 99 Problems - Jay-Z: Oooh phew okay yayy for my lowest ranking at #64 and the only song not in my Top 50 to show up now. Now I'll be pretty content with any song left remaining (though not so much my #50 lol). This is a great jam and I do really like this - great hard hitting song from Jay-Z and I enjoy his rapping here. But ugh, this is so far away from my favorite from him. I hateee ranking this so low as Jay-Z is my favorite rapper (especially in the 2000s) and ranking a song of his this low did not sit right with me. But I loved so many more songs of his more over this one. Like I love "Big Pimpin'," "I Just Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me)," "Izzo (H.O.V.A.)," "Girls, Girls, Girls," "'03 Bonnie & Clyde," "Excuse Me Miss," "Dirt Off Your Shoulder," "Numb/Encore," "Show Me What You Got," "Swagga Like Us," "Run This Town" and "Empire State of Mind" and would have ranked all of those higher. Lmao sooo many songs, my bad there. 8. Lose Yourself - Eminem: Ooh woww I'm kinda shocked and really sad seeing this miss out making the Top 5. :o This song is an iconic classic that I am just so used to seeing ranking really well and high here. But yeah this song is so classic and I couldn't rank it any lower than #2. Eminem really delivers and gives his all here. The verses are memorable and the chorus is memorable. I loved so many songs from Eminem but this is my favorite song of his. I'm shocked this didn't top the rap chart at all, while topping the Billboard Hot 100 for 12 weeks. But yayy I do love how there are 7 Top 10 rankings and no Bottom half rankings for this. Also nice that this has the 13th lowest SD too. 7. Grindin' - Clipse: THAT BEAT! So good and so sick. This is such a fire and great jam. It was one of my cousin's favorites songs and I had such fond/fun memories of this song. I do love it and love it enough to rank it at #28. Wish I could have put it higher but glad to see it make it this far. I didn't know or expect to see it make it this high but happy for this. This is also my favorite song from Clipse too. Also nicee at this having the 9th lowest SD - and no Bottom 45 rankings. Crazy that if not for the #54 ranking, this could have had rankings all in the Top 40. :o 6. Overnight Celebrity - Twista: Oooh okay so this song was my #27, which I kinda forgot about haha. Hmm I kinda regret ranking this above "Grindin'" and kinda wish I had swapped those songs around now, lol. Oh well. But still this is a great jam from Twista and I do still love this. He does that super fast rapping like no other and shows it off well here. While I am a fan of this, I do prefer "Slow Jamz" and "Hope" more, so I would have ranked those higher. Oh wow and another song that could have had all of its rankings in the Top 40 if not for the #68 ranking. :o Spots remaining: 1, 7 11, 13 50 Pretty strong and solid Top 5. Really glad that my #1 is still in as I was scared that would have missed the Top 10 or Top 5. I would be happy with four of these songs winning but I just hope my #50 doesn't win (which I do really like but I love other songs much more). Can't wait to see how this concludes!

Lmao sooo many songs, my bad there. It sure is funny that every time you say you would have ranked different songs by an artist higher, they're always just the bigger hits. I'm going to guess your #50 is Bombs Over Baghdad if you're continuing to be that predictable. And you're going to say you would have ranked "Hey Ya", "The Way You Move", "Ms. Jackson", "So Fresh, So Clean", "Roses", and "The Whole World" higher.
