Also, maybe YouTube is contributing? The video has nearly 20M views and a really high percentage of them are coming from the US.

I'm surprised no one's mentioned it but the more probable reason for the streaming boost is that it's now got a full week of tracking behind it. I know it's been out for months but it only really went viral mid-week so yeah it (unfortunately) stands to reason that it's got a boost thanks to having full 7 days of solid streams.
