It may have taken her FOREVER to act, when she did she made it count lol. This October has to be the most popular a living artist has been in decades. A 90m opening, a 10th number one from a 4 year old album and a re-release that probably produces a number one and over 1m units sold week one. A league of her own fr.

Am I the only one who thinks 1989 TV will not get a #1 song? I think Blank Space TV and Style TV will have a huge opening but will descend in many days. And there's no big hype ala-All Too Well 10 Min hype on the vault tracks. At least getting a Top 10 song is doable. I liked to prove wrong, though.

I'm very skeptical that a vault track could get to #1. Quality is most important, and lets not forget that the vault tracks didn't even make the original deluxe version. So presumably they aren't as good as New Romantics, etc..

It's very likely they weren't actually created the same time as the original though. I think regardless of quality, as long as she pushes it hard, it will easily go to #1.

With 4 TVs and 4 post-Big Machine albums, it's interesting to see if Taylor's team will try to break Billboard 200 (maybe not with this release) records like they did with Midnights in Hot 100. 10/10 doesn't look possible but maybe full top 3 + 3-4 other entries in top 10?

It would be hysterical if she gets all top 10 again (obvs an absurd reach even with the weak charts) but Cruel Summer blocks a 1989 TV from being her 11th number one

We got some upcoming hits for the 2024 Billboard year end Hot 100. Chris Brown brought the heat with Sensational. Also Too Much with Kid LAROI and Jung Kook sounds like a potential #1 hit. It would put Central Cee on the map. Lastly, Kali Uchis continues to impress this year with Te Mata. That song is fire.

They did have 3 albums in the top 10 simultaneously for a number of weeks, which I believe hadn't been done before.

They also locked down the top 2 for a majority of those weeks and even self-replaced (Meet The Beatles! -> Beatles' Second Album).

i said this a few times and ill say it again: there is even a chance of another #1 after slvt, if swifties refrain from buying blank space TV or style TV (or whichever having the 2nd most streams) on itunes, and then mass-buy it the week after slvt claimed the top spot. 

with the charts being so weak right now, if taylor's team were to drop a remix/instrumental version and it gets ~30k downloads then it could totally happen. not sure if theyre cooking this up or not, though.

Everyone was convinced Enchanted TV would go number one, and it didn’t even go Top 10. I want nothing more, but the TV’s are a crapshoot on performance
