An insider fan account posted on Twitter a few weeks ago the following information about upcoming music and tour that has been translated from Portuguese: 🚨 Kacey Musgraves held an event in NY with fans, played 4 NEW SONGS and gave information about #KM5. 🚨 — Apparently the album is already recorded and READY. — PROBABLE song titles: “Cardinal”, “Deeper Well”, “Too Good To Be True”, “Heaven”. — TOUR planned for the US fall (August — November). 2 shows in NY, apparently at the Barclays Center. — Lord Huron and Father John Misty are likely opening acts. — Sound closer to his first three studio albums than to “star-crossed”. — #KM5 was recorded at the “Electric Lady” studio in NY. Kacey says she was strongly influenced by the city's diversity. — There is a sample of a traditional Scottish band. — “Cardinal”: on the death of John Prine «When an angel is near, a cardinal will appear» — “Too Good To Be True” is about a relationship too good to be true. — “Deeper Well” is about realizing that there are more important things, a deeper sense of well-being, cutting out toxic relationships and habits. — “Heaven” is about finding your own paradise in everyday life. |

9 and 11 on this list are called "Heart of the Woods" and "Anime Eyes" (apparently)

Based of the logo on X (previously Twitter) and Instagram, which includes the letters K, M, D and W, the album seems to be called Deeper Well. K and M stands for Kacey Musgraves, obviously.

Is anyone else getting Stick Season teas from this aesthetic so far? I haven’t heard that album or anything by Noah Kahan, but it’s certainly on my list. With her feature on “She Calls Me Back,” a new version of that song from Stick Season (haven’t heard this version either, of course), it would make sense. Noah is more folksy if I’m not mistaken, so I’m PERCHED.
