She probably can if something else goes viral. There's been a lot of post-album singles doing VERY well recently like Snooze, Thinkin Bout Me, Cruel Summer, I Remember Everything, Fast Car, Die For You, etc, so it is possible to do (there was a few years before when it seemed to almost never happen).

Why would this song re-enter. Did i miss anything?

The last eclipse in the US in 2017 it went to #1 on iTunes and also re-appeared on various streaming services (#63 on spotify). The music video youtube views also went up massively. It seems to be doing the same again this time round, but doubt it'll do enough to re-appear on the Hot 100, particularly with youtube being much weaker now than back in 2017.

right, this is how I take it as personally. so most of the people listed in the post in question ----Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Zach Bryan, The Weeknd, SZA, Oliver Anthony, --- would not qualify.  Some would, but I would not consider Miley, Weeknd, or SZA that for sure

Most of his Hot 100 records really bug me because it feels like well over half of the stuff he charts with is anything more than a streaming flash in the pan song. Certainly not a bonafide “hit.” At least with all The Beatles’ records, those songs were by and large monster hits that often stood up over decades in relevancy. Not a debate on which one of them has the “better” music or whatever, just that it keeps feeling so inflated and artificial for Drake to me.
