Gaining a lot of traction on streaming. Can see this sneak up as a late summer/early fall smash.

I see this being the next random breakout given the current pop climate.

I wouldn't be surprised if this takes off on pop, hot ac and alternative tbh

This is a good "stomp clap hey" pop song, honestly feels like a rewrite of "Budapest" to me. I question how well it fits Alt/AAA in the current environment, however, but there's no denying the hook.
It's really goddamn weird "stomp clap hey" has been making a comeback, but considering how it mysteriously smashed into a brick wall ten years ago (like a lot of early 2010's music tbh), maybe things are re-aligning to give the sound a chance to actually run its course and lifespan.

This is going to be a big record @ ALT. Lots of chatter in past 2 weeks. Audacy loves it

This sucks, but because commercial and corporate radio always like to play safe, it's probably gonna be a hit. Who thought remaking "Wake Me Up!" was a good idea?

Hate to break it to you all, but this will also likely be a thing on AAA. 7 adds today (all of them monitored).
Really what this reminds me more of is not Avicii, though the comparison is warranted...is One Republic's big hit, "Counting Stars". Doesn't sound bad, but is this really worth giving flowers to and not Brittany Howard's swerve into garage house? Seriously?

This sounds like a redux of about 100 mid-2010s indie-pop songs but it treats my ears well in its melancholy-yet-stompy, clap-along quality to it.
I think this will be a big hit on AAA, maybe even #1, and I think it's a Top 10 alternative peaker, as well.

Only 27 non-published spins.... (plus like 20 spins from the rogue AAA)
