Taylor can be petty but she has dealt with artists shading her for her whole career. She almost always just ignores them or she would have to feud with 100 artists at a time.

SZA's team was behaving in a similarly salty way over Anti Hero and she just took photos with SZA at the Grammys.

She ,however, doesn't give up weeks at #1 to anyone. not drake, rihanna, pop smoke, sza or cardi b. she has repeatedly tried to use her fans to get extra weeks at the top. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. but she is indiscriminate in her tactics.


Women fight for the #1 doesn't mean they are "feuding".

That 100% true. But it's still going to have higher streams than it would have had without it. Some people who wouldn't have ever listened to it will now hear it, and some of those will like it or at least give it a chance.

I even get it on the autoplay list after Kendrick Lamar, you don't normally get white girl pop/alternative songs playing after rap songs.

LUNCH had a great first week without autoplay boosting anyway, so I'm sure it would still be doing well without it.

I think it's been said several times now but I'll say it again. I don't think it's necessarily a "deal." It's clear that Spotify is pushing songs that are doing high numbers of streams and automatically pushing those songs out to users with the autoplay feature.

“Pink Skies” debuts at #7 on Spotify with 2.8M streams. Those are huge numbers.

All of his other songs in the top 200 increased in position/streams today, too. I think this could be another one that sticks around for a while, with or without radio support.
