Seen Muse 4 times. They don't have to worry about me burning their music because if I didn't, I wouldn't have gone to their concerts.
And I've never heard any type of a KoC radio edit. Not even the galloping horses get cut out.

It's an odd situation, because if I didn't download all the music I do, I probably wouldn't have heard a lot of these bands, and I wouldn't be going to their concerts. I'm not saying what I do is right, but I'm not going to stop either. Buying all the albums I have on my computer would take well over five thousand dollars, I'm sure.

Muse needs to come back & tour the USA in the Spring. I missed them in the summer, as tickets were going for $250 for their NYC show. :'(

And I thought $27 was high for them, having been something like only $8 when they were on Mtv Campus Invasion '04. But the visuals they added to their set are pretty incredible, not to mention they're playing, which is good enough as it is. If they come back anywhere within 200 miles, I'm there.

Yeah, the face value was like $30 or something per ticket. But it sold out immediately and ebay/brokers were being ridiculous with the markup. I'm going to be seriously depressed if they don't return. As will my friends. We're counting on them!
(And Kasabian).
OMG, if the two tour together, I'd be in heaven.

Up to #20 on Modern Rock. Hope it can climb into the top 10 eventually.

I think it's because of the holiday countdowns some Alt. stations had.

It better go up. This deserves top 10 AT LEAST. Anything lower wouldn't be fair.

Something tells me they should wait to release "Supermassive Black Hole" fourth, because it looks like "Starlight" will hit the top 10. "Supermassive" may not peak very high, but will provide as a club/dance jam which, if they decide to take an extended break, should provide a nice transition into their next album. I don't know, just a thought.
But I have no idea what they should release third, if they don't choose "Supermassive".

There's a blog online where Muse's entire discography is up for download. That includes studio albums, their live album, and all their b-sides & rarities. If anyone is interested, let me know.

I'm so proud of my boys - Muse will be playing at the new Wembley Stadium in the UK - 75,000 tickets are going on sale & I guarantee they will sell them out!

It's not done; it's still getting adds and as tight as that part of the chart is right now--being #17 but only 137 plays short of the top 10--it could jump over some songs by accident, especially with more droppers ahead of it than big gainers behind it.

11 10 MUSE Starlight 1283 1238 45 7.913
well, they got their Top 10 hit! Now, let's see if it can go to #8 - that technically would be their biggest hit, yet.

Bubbling Under at #114 on the Hot 100 Wasn't expecting that! I know they've never entered the Hot 100 (yet).. is this also their first song to 'bubble under'?

Now, let's see if it can go to #8 - that technically would be their biggest hit, yet. This is looking pretty likely, as Stone Sour and Breaking Benjamin aren't far ahead.

They are definitely going to go Top 8! I guess this will "officially" be their biggest hit. Odd.

It's probably their most radio-friendly hit that I can think of. Probably appeals a lot to the Coldplay/Keane pop crowd.

#8 on Mediabase now. :)
I could see this song having some success at Hot AC if the label decided to push it there. I'm not so sure about pop though.

I don't see why their label wouldn't push them here considering they really don't have any competition at least from the UK. I could easily see this going Top 15 at Hot AC and probably Top 40 at POP, but nothingmore. If they really wanted to help them out, I'd make a new video and have VH1 push them as a new artist. Regardless, Muse is great and I will certainly say that they will come out as being on the biggest alternative acts this decade.

They need to do everything they can to make them as big as f**king KEANE at least. They have that potential.

Yeah. The way you said "fucking KEANE". I'm going to guess you don't like them? Not unsurprising but a little disappointing. I will add it to the list.

It was said for the sake of emphasis, not dislike. I'm neutral on Keane.
