Wow, definately lacked on the creativity and originality of this album cover. It's actually slightly hard to tell who is who. Looks pretty obvious to me. Chester...Phoenix...Joe...Brad...Rob...Mike

Well yeah, I could figure them out after pinning Chester, Joe, and Brad but the two on the far right look like it could be either Mike and Rob.
Anyways, I just saw the video. It's pretty good and the song was better quality on there. It's definately a grower. I'm just trying to figure out what they're protesting...war or general humans and natural disasters. haha...

I don't think it's a protest so much as a slide show of the problems of the world.

It SHOULD be #1 on all rock/pop formats by this weeks end. Pop? Nearly impossible. Rock? Hell yeah. If not this week, the next for sure.

Based on where they're at now, I don't think they'll make #1 by sunday.

I think they can. It's Wednesday. They went up to 26 and 25 on Alternative and Active since yesterday, when they were at 40 and 36. If they keep that up......they have four more days to get to #1. I think they can do it.

Alternative is a possibility, but I don't think they can do it on Active Rock unless a lot of stations have not even started to play it yet.

I'm looking at total spins needed to be ahead of the current #1.
On active rock they have 384 at #25, but #1 has 1866 and a -8. A difference of 1482.
On alternative they have 614 at #26, but #1 has 1797 and a -11. A difference of 1183.
They seem to be on a higher gains path on alternative, on a good, but not good enough path with active rock. We have thursday, friday, and saturday to go.

I found this very interesting. It seems like Mike won't be rapping on the album much after all. I'll be very anxious then.......to hear him singing.
In a recent interview with Brazilian paper Folhateen, Chester confirms that the 'nu-metal' sound that Linkin Park came to be known for, is almost non-existent on the new album: "This time around, Mike is singing a lot more. It may seem like he's not on the record, but he's doing a lot of the harmonics. He also sings a couple of songs alone. We're presenting ourselves in a different way. We've had a hair cut, clothing changes, and here it is, here is a new thing."

Linkin Park seems to be very unpredictable with this album. I think I'll enjoy Mike's vocal tracks.
If I don't. That'll just be a huge disappointment. :(

Gee, Crazy Town's label presumably forced Brett to sing instead of having two rappers so much (to be more like Linkin Park, no less) and that went over like a lead balloon. "Drowning" was an awesome single, I don't care what anyone says. Their albums were never as consistent as Linkin Park's, but they had a string of really good singles. For some reason, I have a soft spot for those guys.

7 LINKIN PARK What I've Done 1489 0 1489 12.143
I think it was at 1200 yesterday, so a gain of 289 leaves it 242 from #1 on Alternative with a day to go.
10 LINKIN PARK What I've Done 1070 0 1070 5.950
Not gonna make it on Active Rock.

I'd say they have no reason not to be happy with it's first week.

If the Alternative chart were designed like the Country chart (where audience impressions rank the chart positionings, not total spin numbers) Linkin Park would not only debut at #1 on Alternative, they'd be dominating it by over four million in impressions.

This is more impressive than Dani California. Even Dani California got one spin the week before, lol.
