I guess I just don't know what radio friendly and mainstream is anymore. This topic is for 3 Doors Down & Beyonce, so why are we fighting about 4 other songs that have nothing to do with them hitting the top.
In your world! Whatever, we've already seen this happen earlier this year, you were pretty happy then, now it's balanced and that really bothers you that your music isn't on the top anymore! "Someday" is not hardcore, I think it's mainstream, I think it's more radio friendly than "How You Remind Me" which compared to "Someday" was really bland & boring at times. "Headstrong" I think is also more radio friendly. Why aren't these radio friendly? They don't have as many curse words in them as "Get Low" and "PIMP" Radio friendly should mean songs that everyone can listen to. Parents have to worry about their 5 year-olds filling in the blanks of "Get Low" and "PIMP" and many more rhythmic songs.

Yeah, but it's only 15 songs out of 50...that's not very much... And I don't consider Christina Aguilera rhythmic, so it's really 14/50. 15 is the perfect balance! Rhythmic provides only one side of what pop music should be.
Christina may not be Rhythmic but the song sure is and therefore it goes in the list.

Maybe I should just leave this place forever...no-one wants me here... Instead of trying to invite a pity party, maybe you should.

Maybe I should just leave this place forever...no-one wants me here... Why do you say that? Because people disagree with your opinions? ???

Maybe I should just leave this place forever...no-one wants me here... Dude, chill. People diagree with things I post all the time... I don't turn around and try to lay guilt trips on them though. Have a little confidence in yourself... always looking for symptahy is not cool... aside from that I think you're a cool poster though so just give the pity party thing a rest.

I think what Eyeball was trying to say is that the Rhythmic chart is too urban - and I think most people agree on that.

I always used to wonder how artists like Celine Dion, Dona Lewis and others were able to make the Rhythmic charts because they werent Rhythmic at all.
I agree with the fact that there should be more dance music on the chart but Rhythmic listeners want to hear hip-hop right now I can't do anything about that. At least its rhythmic music. I used to hate when KTFM would call themselves a rhythmic station becuase soo much of their music wasn't rhythmic at all.

Although I don't follow the chart that much, I do wonder why it's so Urban based when Rhythmic, to me, was songs that made you move, or dance songs. Is it common, or was it common for dance remixes of pop songs to chart? Would it have been weird for a dance mix of 'Intuition' to have made that chart, for example?

I'm surprised that CHR-Rhythmic likes "Me Against The Music" better than the more urban "Boys (Co-Ed Remix)" and the dance song "Love At First Sight" (which had a higher peak position on CHR-Pop than "Me Against The Music" has now. Top 40 on CHR-Rhythmic is possible but I don't know if Britney will last long enough on CHR-Pop to do better than "Dirrty" on CHR-Rhythmic. This CHR-Rhythmic discussion is off the topic. Does anyone know if "Foolish" has the most weeks at Number 1 on CHR-Rhythmic and Urban combined for a song that didn't get to Number 1 on CHR-Pop?

Either way it serves no purpose to go on about what the Rhythmic stations need to play in the CHR/POP forum.
