Dawn will always be my fave member but boy... did she really need to do THAT many interviews? I mean those 2-hour long interviews with youtubers that barely had a handful subscribers were just ridiculous.

I go back and forth with artists and record labels.
Sometimes I think, we'll they didn't write the songs or create the image, create promo, got songs from A&R people, book events etc etc.
Their paid employees just like everyone else. Live within your means if your not getting a HUGE check.
(most artists still made a decent amount from royalties and touring) Maybe not millionaires but well enough.
Then I think the opposite, Their on the road, doing interviews, having to deal with fans, it's their face on the record etc etc.
UGH, it's so messy.

For those who remember/care about the dance track Dawn shared on her Twitter like 4 years ago, here is the actual release. It's called "Get Up" by Mood II Swing and came out in 2019.

I’ve been listening to Dawn’s solo album and there are some songs on it that still sound pretty amazing till this day. Would’ve loved to have had “Set It Off” been a single, especially since it was already on a compilation.

I also still wonder what ever happened to “Get Up Again” Part II.

Completely agree! I find it so hard to get excited about En Vogue since it’s just half the group! I don’t like that girl whose been filling the spot for the past many years. They’ve had no real hits as a trio. The original four had so much chemistry together and hold a special place in my heart. I would rather Cindy and Terry perform as a duo rather than pretend it’s En Vogue.
