Technically, all she really has to do is survive next week, because she'll go on 3/8 no matter where she finishes that week.

She's slowed down her losses a lot, and the only really impressive bullet below the Top 40 is that of "If U Seek Amy". With those in mind, I think she'll make it.

You all realize Ciara is only that big right now because of Timberlake, right? Radio misses him. Dead and Gone isn't feeding their hunger since he doesn't have large parts in the songs, so the Ciara track levels it out.

I don't look at it like that, i think he of course does a great job but i can name plenty of artist that if they we're on the same record it wouldn't be doing how it's been doing so far. I think Pop radio has missed that Ciara as well. The one that started releasing straight r&b songs. I think the tradeoff of verses, mixed to the beat which is different from what's on radio right now, coupled with a catchy chorus of "love,sex,magic" also helps. The breakdown also seems to be many favorite part.

It won't be long before she pops back up again at #50 or above. Perhaps by this weekend, with several more songs going recurrent and a few possibly getting purged.

Looking ahead to this weekend, Jason Mraz will go recurrent. Same is most likely to happen with Britney as "Womanizer" falls out of the Top 20. Rihanna and Lesley Roy both face the possibility of getting purged as they continue to fall through the 40s and if they don't make the Top 40 once recurrents are removed.

Lily Allen would re-enter the Top 50, and this could be followed by a handful of several possible new entries including the PCD version of "Jai Ho", along with new songs by Kevin Rudolf and The Offspring.
