On a positive note this means no one in the stadium heard a single bad note that day because it was so loud you could barely hear Carrie at all. lol I still think she did well though.

Country music star, Carrie Underwood, has teamed up with Pedigree to shoot a public service announcement for the company’s adoption drive.

PEOPLE Pets got a behind the scenes look at the PSA shoot featuring Underwood with her 4-year-old rescue dog, Ace. Underwood said, "I can't imagine life without my adopted dog. Dogs are just beautiful souls that don't want a thing from you."

The Pedigree Foundation is a philanthropic organization dedicated to helping dogs find loving homes. The PSA starring Carrie Underwood and Ace will begin on Feb 15.

Carrie Underwood grew up surrounded by animals. Working in a vet clinic before she hit it big, the country superstar still volunteers at a shelter when she goes home to Oklahoma. And now, as mom to 4-year-old pup Ace, the singer is stepping up to help animals in need through the Pedigree Foundation.

Underwood recently teamed up with Pedigree — a sponsor of her Play On tour — to shoot a public service announcement on behalf of the company's big adoption drive. "I can't imagine life without my dog," she told Pedigree at the shoot. "Dogs are just beautiful souls that don't want a thing from you."

Ace appears in the spot with Underwood, and according to an on-set source he was "a natural" in front of the camera! "He's just so special because he loves me for no reason other than I love him back," Underwood told Pedigree. "He's smart and he's fun, and makes me really appreciate all the little things in life because he is a little thing."

The PSA debuts on Monday, Feb. 15, and in the meantime, pet lovers can visit dogsrule.com to contribute to the cause. Every donation will be matched by Pedigree up to $500,000.

The venue opened up an additional 800 tickets and even those sold out quickly.

In all JQH sold about 8,500 tickets for the American Idol winner's concert.

Tickets went on sale Friday at 10 a.m. Underwood will perform in Springfield on June 15.

How did you think Carrie Underwood did during the National Anthem? She actually appeared to sing it live and not lip sync it, which most people seem to do nowadays.

Kara DioGuardi: Kudos to anybody who sings that song live. It's just the scariest thing to do. I don't know if you've ever done that, but, wow, that is a rangy song. If you could imagine standing in that stadium and knowing that every eye is on you, wow. I don't know. It's pretty crazy to think that she was a girl from a small town a few years ago. This was her dream and to be in that position. That shows you the power of the show, what can actually happen. Kudos to her for singing live.

(Springfield, MO) -- People started lining up as early as 11:00 p.m. Thursday night looking to score tickets to Carrie Underwood's concert.

"Got to be first in line to get the good seats," explains Brice Morrison, a Carrie Underwood fan.

Tickets went on sale at 10:00 a.m. Friday morning and were sold out by 12:30 p.m.

The country superstar and American Idol alum will perform at JQH Arena on June 15. Tickets ranged in price from $35 to $55.

Fans say the wait to buy tickets is worth it to see a Grammy winner in the Ozarks.

"Well, we wanted to get really good seats and I'm getting some for some friends. So I thought I would give it a try and do the best I could. (Is it worth it?) I hope so, I really hope so," says Linda Robinson, a Carrie Underwood fan.

Underwood's tour titled Play On covers 45 cities in the U.S. this spring and summer.
