Billboard has digital sales higher than we thought - at 108,000! Closing out the top 10 is Adam Lambert's "Whataya Want from Me" which rises 23-10 on the heels of his "American Idol" mentoring stint, which included a performance of the track. I was 8k off from my prediction, i was hoping to get to 980k but still what an AMAZING sales number for a song that has PEAKED. Unbelievable.

Who cares if impact days are crowded? The chart is half dead anyway. But I guess it doesn't hurt to milk WWFM a few more weeks. It still has some weeks to go on VH1 before they send it to the 20/20 club.

Late may?  OMG they are so lame.... So first they screwed up his roll-out like no-one in history really... Then they chose IIHY over Sleepwalker as a consecutive single (supposedly because he is not HAC artist and it would ruin his image ) But now they will still wait till WWFM dies completely on HAC (...because he IS an HAC artist now and it's not an image issue anymore), even though they just admited IIHY won't do well on there (or anywhere IMO really...) Then in late may they still release IIHY (because he will be pop artist again?????) So...this is probably his last single...i would be really pissed if i were Tedder (or even Adam)...oh well  In the mean time let's just watch the free fall of the album out of BB200... |

I don't understand this at all. I know he's in the UK and not able to promote IIHY in the US right now, but they are going to lose all momentum if they don't jump on Pop immediately. Unless he's debuting on the Idol finale? Some other tv debut? SNL? DWTS? Even if so, why wouldn't they get it on radio before? I hope the MMVA performance turns out to be true. |

I could understand waiting a week or two but late May? It's crazy. Hopefully they will actually set the adds date soon so stations can take notice and spin it early.
