According to Billboard:
The alleged demo version of Madonna's new single, "Give Me All Your Love," has been making the rounds on the Web this morning (Nov. 8). Within a few hours, it was among one of the top 10 trending topics worldwide on Twitter. It is the purported first single from the diva's forthcoming new album, due out in early 2012. Madonna's publicist did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Madonna has been very busy behind the scenes lately, prepping her upcoming album, which is due to be released in the spring of 2012. In September, the diva said its first single was going to be unveiled in either February or March.
However, it would seem today's leak could indicate an acceleration of those plans.
Rumors are flying that the song might be introduced in full as early as tonight, if not within the week, at perhaps two different New York events.
There are unconfirmed reports that Madonna will make an appearance at the Versace for H&M fashion show in New York this evening. Madonna and the two brands go way back: she been the face of Versace twice in the past (1995 and 2005) in addition to designing her own range for H&M, called M by Madonna, in 2007.
On Saturday, Nov. 12, she'll be at the Roseland Ballroom, selecting the winner of a Smirnoff-sponsored dance contest. The winner will be named a member of her "dance crew" -- though what that prize entails (a tour with the diva, perhaps?) hasn't been explicitly described.
As for the album, one of the its co-producers, William Orbit, recently posted a note on his Facebook, saying the album would be "mastered at the end of this month." That timeline seems to sync up with a release in early 2012, as previously announced.
Also in the rumor mill: Madonna may perform at the Super Bowl XLVI Halftime Show on Feb. 5. The diva's publicist told Billboard.com in October that there was "nothing to confirm or deny at this time."

This is going to be closed in 3...2...
PS. I think this kind of sucks. Didn't even manage to make it through the whole thing, it's very 80's but maybe it's just a demo. I'll listen to the full song when I get home but so far I doubt it'll do well in the states.

Sounds more age appropriate for Lourdes. That's disappointing.

Just terrible. I mean, let's be serious.
Had it been the first single from a new artist, it would barely see the light of day. I always try and judge a new single from a big star using that criteria (would it be a break out hit from a new artist?)...this fails.

I didn't care for it either. Seems very.... lazy. Plus no Nicki. But it's a demo also so the final version could still be sizzling.
I'm sure radio will play this so I'm wondering whether to even leave this here or not. I'll move it for now to non-singles unless it gets a lot of hot radio action or an adds date.

I don't think it's that bad! It's actually very catchy :) but probably too retro 80s, like remind me of Jimmy Jimmy, The Metro, Mickey, and all those mid 80s songs. Fresh and cute... but it's true, there are other 80s inspired songs right now that sound much better than this. However, this could be revamped and improved for the album version, as has happened before. Although, to be honest, I hope this is not the direction she is going for the album. This is much closer to Hard Candy than to Ray Of Light

It seems like Madonna mixed with The Beach Boys It's really not that bad. I'm sure the final version will be better.

Yah- this is just a demo- so I won't be listening to it. I never listened to "The Beat Goes On" demo when it leaked either. :)

I oddly like the 60s retro throwback chorus.
But this would work much better if done by an alternative band with rock/light electro production. This wannabe dr. luke production with the 60s melody and ranting cheerleaders is kind of odd and not cool sounding.

Can this be moved to the Pop section already? I know it doesn't have an adds date-- but she already shot the video as confirmed by her official website and Nicki Minaj, and she's never not released a 1st single in the US, as opposed to her latter singles from albums..

They are probably waiting for an adds date, which won't be until January.

It's so silly though, haha. Madonna's not going to NOT release a single here, and it's been confirmed by everyone lol

Let's see if she can polish the turd demo into a hit.
I think she can.

I think this will be her 13th Hot 100 #1... it'll have a tougher time doing that at CHR though.
I just hope this can lead to an album campaign that lasts longer than one hit single.

I'm just glad that we have an official date now.

Let's see if she can polish the turd demo into a hit. I think she can. According to a *very* reliable poster at DrownedMadonna that has given countless exclusives the final version of the track has much harder beats and packs a bigger punch than the demo. (And has M.I.A. and Nicki of course.)

Finally heard this song, well the demo. I like it. This would be great promotion for Nicki, if she performs with Madonna at the Super Bowl -- that's if Madonna debuts this song then. I believe the video has already been shot, according to Nicki's twitter a few weeks back.

All Access doesn't list M.I.A. and Nicki, but they were in the video with her, so maybe they'll update it at a later point.
