Watch Carly Rae Jepsen Perform at the O2 Arena in Londonby Jessica Sager March 9, 2013 11:45 AM Carly Rae Jepsen took the stage at the O2 Arena in London with her pal — and her boss — Justin Bieber last night (March 8), and girl didn’t disappoint. Jepsen performed a bunch of her ultra catchy tunes from ‘Kiss,’ opening with her latest single, the kissoff anthem ‘Tonight I’m Getting Over You.’ Rocking vertical striped short shorts to show off her gams, a black vest and curly hair (but straight bangs), Jepsen descended a staircase to begin her set, greeting fans with, “What’s up, London?!” Throughout the song, Jepsen struts all over the stage, eventually coming back to her mic stand, where she writhes like a rock star. Jepsen steps away from the stand again for ‘I Know You Have a Girlfriend,’ where she shook her patoot all over the arena, and she kept the good time going with ‘Good Time.’ Cody Simpson joined her for the Owl City duet, and not gonna lie — he brings more of a melody and range to the song than Adam Young does. ‘This Kiss,’ which Jepsen has described as her favorite song from her album, was next — complete with “presents,” as the cute Canadian tossed merch out to some lucky attendees. She followed with ‘Hurt So Good,’ complete with a weird telephone-wire style mic. Jepsen slowed down with her heartfelt ballad ‘Your Heart Is a Muscle,’ urging the crowd to lift up their “cell phones, candles, lighters … glowsticks, those’ll do!” At times during this track, Jepsen’s vocals were drowned out by the piano, but picked up quickly. Of course, she closed out with ‘Call Me Maybe,’ and the crowd went wild. She even brought fans onstage to sing along and gave out birthday wishes! Greek, Gibson 2013 concert schedules unveiledCarly Rae Jepsen, onstage in London, will appear at the Greek Theatre on Sept. 15. (Jim Dyson / Getty Images) March 8, 2013, 5:05 a.m. Los Lobos, Carly Rae Jepsen, a symphonic tribute to Grateful Dead guitarist Jerry Garcia, Diana Krall and a complete performance of English prog-rock band Jethro Tull’s “Thick as a Brick” Parts 1 and 2 by the band’s frontman Ian Anderson highlight the Greek Theatre’s 2013 season, venue officials announced today. Meanwhile at the Gibson Amphitheatre, an Alice Cooper-Marilyn Manson shock-rock double bill, Gloria Trevi, Ramon Ayala, Il Volo, Lila Downs, Pepe Aguilar and the Brian Setzer Orchestra top the new season’s offerings, all of which become available March 8 to members of the amphitheaters’ joint subscription program, the Premiere Marquee Club (PMC). Los Lobos will be joined by Kinky and El Chicano for the band's second Cinco de Mayo Festival to kick off the Greek’s extended-summer season, which runs at least until Oct. 27. Other offerings include Jepsen’s date on Sept. 15, “An Evening With the Tenors” (June 1), "A Prairie Home Companion" with Garrison Keillor (June 7), Cyndi Lauper’s 30th anniversary She’s So Unusual Tour (June 13), Barry Manilow’s “Manilow on Broadway” (June 14-16), the Steve Miller Band and the Doobie Brothers (June 20) and a '90s-tilted rock bill with Barenaked Ladies, Ben Folds Five and Guster (June 23). The Greek has several other multi-act bills on tap, including '90s hitmakers Guy, Tony! Toni! Tone!, Dru Hill, SWB and Al B. Sure on July 5; Sugar Ray, Smash Mouth, Gin Blossoms, Vertical Horizon and Fastball (July 13); a vintage R&B night including the Stylistics, Brenton Wood, Peaches and Herb and others (July 14) and an '80s techno-pop show with Andy Bell’s Erasure, Human League, Howard Jones and Information Society (Aug. 30). The Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration will be played by Warren Haynes and a full orchestra on Aug. 4. And, in a turnabout after last year’s Beach Boys 50th anniversary reunion tour (when founding member Mike Love announced he would resume performing under the Beach Boys name without creative leader Brian Wilson or singer-guitarist Jardine and guitarist Marks), those three will appear together on Oct. 20 with the backing of the Brian Wilson Band. Ian Anderson’s Tull show is slated for July 6. The Cooper-Manson bill will play the Gibson on June 6, followed by Trevi on June 15, Ayala (July 27), the Teen Choice Awards (Aug. 11), Marco Antonio Solis (Aug. 16), Il Volo (Aug. 28), Lila Downs (Sept. 20), Eros Ramazzotti (Oct. 17), Aguilar (Nov. 8), a country festival with Montgomery Gentry and the Charlie Daniels Band (Dec. 12) and Setzer and his orchestra’s annual holiday show “Christmas Rocks,” marking its 10th anniversary (Dec. 21). Full schedules and ticket onsale details are available at PMCLA.com, which has no membership fee, or by phone at (818) 622-9987.

Ugh. "Tonight" should have followed "Good Time", and we could have had "Sweetie" now, which is perfect for spring. Oh well.

Not sure if this was posted anywhere, but Carly Rae Jepsen is the first confirmed performer for this year's "American Idol" grand finale episode in May. She's performing a song whose lyrics are voted on each week by fans that visit here. Cool concept!

Taio Cruz and Jason DeRulo did a similar Coke/Idol sponsored song contest in 2011 and 2012 respectively and both were cheesy messes that flopped, so I'm not really expecting much from this.

Any word on how "Tonight I'm Getting Over You" is doing?
Also, Target has placed the deluxe version of her album on sale for $13.99 (reg: $17.99) for the past few weeks.

And I'm in love with it.

She needs to stop performing Call Me Maybe, even if it's just a little bit of it. No wonder she can't drop the one-hit-wonder label.

Still, she won 2 I think, right? Still good! Congrats Carly. The performance was ok, not her best. I wish she would have done Curiosity in there because it was a Canadian release. She did Call Me Maybe and went into Tonight I'm Getting Over you.

I'm so happy for her!! 3 Awards is huge!!! And she won 2 of the major categories (Album & Single of the Year). I feel like the only major music awards that she hasn't won yet is a Grammy and a Billboard award (which I'm sure she'll be taking 1 home next month).
