Roar is the greatest gainer of this Post-Christmas Effect on Radio. It was such a massive hit #Longevity. On the other hand, Dark Horse is coming to slay you faves so better watch out this new year :)... btw, all updates are positive :)))

No, within a day or two we should start seeing daily updates getting back to normal and then a big drop for older songs in about a week.

Does Radioactive stand a good chance of breaking the 76 week longevity record on the Hot 100? My guess is that it does since it is #25 on its 70th week on the hot 100 and it doesn't seem to be losing too much in sales, radio, or streaming (might be even somewhat gaining) so it doesn't seem likely that it would drop out of the top 50 within the next 6 weeks. What do you guys think?

Fun Fact, one year ago today (chart date 1/12/13) radioactive spent its 18th and final week in the bottom 50 at #51 As of next week radioactive would have been in the top 50 for 52 weeks. Not many songs have done this.

This is the transitional period between the Holiday Freeze and the January Meltdown. As the next few days continue, older songs will start seeing much larger losses and the currents will start seeing huge increases. Everything will return to normal about a week from now.

I doubt that it will be top 30 anymore in its 72nd week but it will probably break the record as it'll hover around top 40 for several weeks. On the other hand, "Sail" won't probably break Mraz's record. It climbed less than I expected last week.

It climbed less than I expected last week. first of all it was Joseph's post (the quote thing acts weird sometimes) It should be around #22 - #24 next week And I'd put it at around #30-34 the next week Because it should go back to about #25-35 on iTunes next week And sail won't break the record. Radioactive has ranked higher than sail every week in 2013.

I say in about a week and 3 days we'll see the full effect of everything being purged....holidays countdowns etc...

Was hoping the DWUW mix with Christina would help, but it seems to be sinking on iTunes like a stone.

"Lady Gaga & Pitbull - Do What U Want (Remix) (feat. Pitbull, R. Kelly, Christina Aguilera, Rick Ross, and Pitbull)" is the only way it can ever get back to the top ten on iTunes now. :(
