Keith has announced it himself several times. During his performance in Niagara Falls he was interviewed prior to the performance and he said then that he was releasing another song from FUSE and it is a duet with Eric Church called Raise Em Up. This very well means that UMG is going to hold off promoting another EC Single until "Raise 'Em Up" is done, though "Talladega" certainly is far from finished. It makes sense given that Eric's in no hurry to cut and release a follow-up To "The Outsiders" so UMG will just release 2 or more singles from the project. You really don't think that UMG would release a solo single for Eric, after "Talladega" is done? I know that Eric is in no hurry to create another album but I would be quite surprised if he didn't have his own single on the charts at the same time "Raise 'Em Up" was out there. I guess I can see it going either way, though. I for one don't think it would be a big deal. "Raise 'Em Up" is a great song and it should do well at radio, and I don't think that a solo EC single would hurt REU at all. I think Eric has some great options for singles from his own album as well.

I think Eric has some great options for singles from his own album as well. Eric has said numerous times that he hates the long process of making an album. That's why there were 5 singles from Chief. I'd be shocked if there weren't two more singles from The Outsiders, especially seeing how well "Talladega" has done. I don't think laying low (cue Josh, lol) is something EMI will want to do after "Talladega" is finished if they plan on more singles from that album, which I do think they will. "Raise 'Em Up" like you said will do well at radio but I really don't feel it will hinder Eric's own singles all that much.

I'm definitely expecting there to be 2 more singles from The Outsiders given how fast two of its first four singles flamed out and how young the album still is, especially if he's in no hurry to move on at all. And I don't think a Keith Urban feature will affect the future releases from his own album.

To clarify, I expect there to be at least 2 more singles from The Outsiders, if not 3 or even 4. But like Matt said, there's a possibility that "Raise 'Em Up" would count as a single for both Keith and Eric, meaning that Eric wouldn't have another Outsiders single until after REU had peaked (and Keith's next single after REU will almost certainly be from a new album). I hope and think that Eric will have an Outsiders single out there at the same time as REU, though, but again, it could go either way..
It'd be similar to the situation with Justin Moore's Off The Beaten Path album, which Valory returned to for a 3rd single after "Home Sweet Home" barely cracked the top 30. Unlike Justin, however, Eric could probably go back to his album and still have a lot of success with it even if he didn't have his own single out there simultaneously with "Raise 'Em Up" (Eric's a much bigger name than Justin is).

Or a better example might be what they did with Taylor Swift during the Red era and they left a gap between "Begin Again" and the title track while "Highway Don't Care" was out. I don't think that'll make nearly as much sense here -- Taylor had pop hits going at the same time and didn't really need a single at country radio (that album was only about half country, anyway) -- but it'd be kinda strange to me to imagine there being a 4 month or so gap between single #4 and #5 from The Outsiders.
