189. Sting - I Can't Stop Thinking About YouPeak: 48Wks: 2Album: 57th & 9thTrack: 1Genre: Pop RockLate comer to my chart. It has done incredibly well on AAA chart. It's catchy and melodic, but why did he try to sound it so much like a Bryan Adams song, when he clearly has his own amazing trademark sound is beyond me?

186. Rod Stewart - PleasePeak: 48Wks: 4Album: Another CountryTrack: 2Genre: Blues RockAnother famous voice in Music is Rod Stewart. I came across this track from his; Another Country ,album; almost by accident. I immediately fell for the bluesy rock feel and the way he delivers the "Please" line. It's really amazing to see this icons of yesterday still pumping out music in the 2010s.

185. Aurora - ConquerorPeak: 47Wks: 3Album: All My Demons Greeting Me As A FriendTrack: 2Genre: Indie PopI started charting this immediately as it was released, but burned out on it in just as fast as the actual Alternative charts did too. At first; It gave me a of Monsters and Men; "Crystals" vibe.. and then it didn't.

184. Weezer - King Of The WorldPeak: 47Wks: 3Album: Weezer (White Album)Track: 6Genre: Alternative RockFirst off; this is a great song. I really dropped the ball on this one; by charting it too late when there was a lot of competition on my charts. It lasted over 20 weeks on Alternative Charts and ended up being one of the top songs of the year. This is one of the few songs by the band; that I regret; not getting into sooner. Funny thing is; I give it more foobar action now; that I did; when I ,charted it.

I actually enjoy Justin Timberlake's; brand ,of old school, pop. Especially these uptempo sing a long numbers. I prefer this video. looks like one hell of a party too.

181. Computer Magic - FuzzPeak: 44Wks: 3Album: DavosTrack: 1Genre: Indie Synth PopAnother late entry on my 2016 weekly charts. This indie synth Pop number has a really great chorus; reminding us of 80s ;New Wave, bands, like The Human League and OMD. This is a style I have really gotten into in 2016. Actually ; I have never gotten out of it and I have a whole new batch of 2016;80's sounding New Wave songs to chart in 2017.

180. Florence + the Machine - Delilah Peak: 44Wks: 5Album: How Big, How Blue, How BeautifulTrack: 6Genre: Indie PopI love Florence + The Machine as much as the next fan , but I sorta burnt out on "Delilah" prematurely. It has a great vocals, and music, but doesn't have that instant hook "Ship To Wreck" had for me. That one was humungous on my charts.

177. Green Day - Still BreathingPeak: 43Wks: 1Album: Revolution RadioTrack: 7Genre: Alternative Rock Green Day; for me, is one of the positive things about the 90's. Billie Joe Armstrong's vocals; are way up there, in my Top 10 ever. This song is their new single and it's definitely returning for 2017. As will ;more singles, from Revolution Radio. Also since there is no cool Art sleeve; as of yet, I decided to create one. So this one is a Dr. Indie original.

176. Great Good Fine Ok - Take It Or Leave It Peak: 42Wks: 2Album: non album singleTrack: 7Genre: SynthpopHere is a band that has found more success on spotify and soundcloud than on mainstream. This is the second single I'm charting from them. With their irresistible synthpop songs; it's a wonder they still haven't broke out on the charts.

175. Swiss Lips - CheetahPeak: 44Wks: 4Album: Overflowing FuturesTrack: 10Genre: Indie SynthpopThis band had a huge hit on my charts back in 2012 called "Something In The Water" and they have been regulars on this chart ever since. This song was yanked off youtube, before I even got a chance to get into it; full on, Indie ,style; therefore only spending 4 weeks on my chart. It's back now; so I might just bring it back for 2017.

173. STRFKR - Never Ever Peak: 43Wks: 5Album: Being No One, Going NowhereTrack: 1Genre: Indie SynthpopMore of that 80's vibed Synthpop is finding a slot on this year's; year end chart. This was one heck of a synth solo and a great breakdown that follows.

172. Capital Cities - Vowels Peak: 38Wks: 3Album: TBATrack: 1Genre: SynthpopAnother band that has had huge success on my charts with their past hits; is back with a brand new single. The chorus of this song is getting a lot of slack, but I think it's catchy and fun. That's what synthpop is to me. This song is barely heating up on my charts; so it will be back in 2017 at a much much higher position.

BTW, those wondering ;why I left out, the lyrics section, this year? It's because once I do the copy paste deal; it becomes a whole other hassle to deleet the spaces and what not. I will post some lyric vids from time to time to make up for that.

170. CRUISR - Throw Shade I forgot you were the one that made the thread for "All Over" in the Alt forum a few years back. These guys are so good. This wasn't one of my favorites from them, but happy it made your year-end. Hope you chart "Take That" in the future, as that is charting on mine!
