It will the first time that Taylor will have featured on an Ed Sheeran song and it will be Taylor's most commercial feature in years[Babe,Gasoline,Renegade & Birch all didn't do much at all in recent years] Always looking forward to new Taylor Swift.

I don’t know if I would say the two in bold didn’t do much. Taylor’s name power alone on “Babe,” despite her presence being hardly more than that of a background vocalist, gave Sugarland an amazing comeback after having been away for seven years. “Babe” wound up peaking at #17 on the Country Airplay chart, which is honestly nothing to sneeze at; again, Sugarland had been away for seven years and their previous single hadn’t managed to even crack the Top 50 if I recall correctly. It also remains Taylor’s best showing yet on country radio following her transition to pop.

”Renegade” has also had some considerable HAC/AC airplay, or so I thought. It was played quite frequently on my local station during the summer, alongside “willow,” which was still dying down.

It wasn’t a standout for me when listening to the album but I do remember thinking it was a nice change from his usual sappy love ballads. Tbh I haven’t listened to it since the album came out so I might just wait until Friday to hear the remix.

Given "Shivers" and "Message In A Bottle" are done at Pop Radio, do we think this will get a formal radio push?

If it's pushed to Pop, I can only see a Top 15 peak and 10-15 weeks on the chart at best. It would be another easy hit at HAC/AC formats though IMO.

I think it’s silly not to push to pop immediately as well. Easy on Me was just a multi week number one. Yeah it was Adele but pop has a tolerance and desire for slower songs too.

If there was any interest towards the song... but there is not. The original was just performed at the BRITs and the boost was very small.

It should have a good debut week although, it will be all over the Spotify/Apple Music New Music Friday Playlists. There will be a lot of curiosity streams this week.
