Burlesque made $1,031,772 yesterday (Nov. 30) with a total gross of $19,208,232. :) Not bad, not bad at all. I'm probably gonna go see the film this week, though I'll be adding to the Canadian gross instead.

Doing good thus far! RENT only did 400k on the same day in 2005. As long as Burlesque keeps having legs then its all good. I'm thinking its gonna have big international numbers. Nov. 29th 2010 TOP 3 Harry Potter - $2,278,481 - Down -2.6% Tangled - $1,697,522 - Down -4.2% Burlesque - $1,031,772 - Up +17.7% Burlesque increased

I'm so happy Christina is having some success right now and I hope Burlesque sets the stage for an amazing comeback.

Yes. It grossed over 1/3 of it's budget before international and dvd releases but some people already consider it a "disappointment".

Are u f*ckin kidding me ? Bionic & YLM" no nods for Pop/Pop Album . But Katty Perry gets a nod for Album of the Year, & Beyonce' gets a nod for Halo' live. What complete total crap this is. Xtina had the best Pop Vocal out there, even Mariahs IWKWLI' should have been nominated. The Grammy can really suck.

It really is a shame. One of the best vocal performances of the year gone unnoticed. Oh well... Can't win 'em all. I hope Sara or GaGa takes it.

YLM not being nominated is a crime. IKR? I just can't @ Beyonce getting another nomination for the live version of a song that has already won the same award.

I was also shocked when i saw that YLM wasn't nominated when it clearly was the "Best female pop vocal perfomance" of the year.

Clearly the musical critics at the Grammy's who've spent years in the musical industry and worked their way up to this position must be insane. ..or it could just be that it's your opinion.

I don't know why people or so fixated on the Grammies anymore. They lost all credibility a long time ago.

YLM' was everything that a Pop Vocal should be. I don't know what these idiots are looking for. They give certain artists a nod if they sneeze. The grammys are to predictable, either it's the same artists that gets the award, or whatever it is that was or is a commercial hit that year. Anyway, how about Burlesque, the soundtrack is doing very well. That'll be a slight drop. Good job Xtina.

Are we gonna get a single of the soundtrack or what? If RCA hasn't released it by now, then there probably won't be a single.

YLM not nominated as best vocal was a shock to me. One of the best or even best vocals of the year. I personlly think it wins everything.

Burlesque grossed $ 822,618 yestersday (Dec. 1) bringing it's total gross to $20,030,850. :) O wow! Great news It looks as if it will make at least half, if not more of it's budget back in the states. I think Burlesque will perform better internationally as well. So now she has a hit movie and a well-performing OST under her belt
