Maybe it's just the same five or six posters here, but I swear to God I feel like I've stumbled into the thick of the Rihanna fanclub with pitchforks and torches in hand. It's a little unsettling to say the least.

Judging by the universal success of her singles, I wouldn't limit Pulse exclusively as some Rihanna stan-factory ready to attack all dissenters. Her appeal clearly stretches out to millions upon millions of people so it only makes sense that a music board would reflect that.

People act like Rihanna fans are the only ones who go hard for their fav on this board.
Most of the big pop girls have a strong following on this board.

Rihanna is releasing a new album. That's why it feels this way. I remember when Bey's came out. It seems like every other post in each topic was about her. It will calm down in a few months. And then it will be another diva's turn. LOL

Ignoring the success of arguably the biggest Hot 100 artist of the past 6 years would be far more suspicious than discussing the very relevant topic of Rihanna's chart successes on a Hot 100 thread. Considering she's approaching a third week at number one, her second single is exploding at radio, and her album is being released in a week, there are few artists rivaling her relevance on any Billboard thread at the moment.
I only unleash my stan-dom on Rihanna's artist discussion page.

B.O.B -Strange Clouds f/Lil Wayne= 8.372 Wow this is really underperforming but had a great first week sales. idk about other formarts, but it wasnt even released to chr and not promoted. had it gotten an adds date im sure itd be doing really well. this seems to be more of a buzz single.

BEYONCE - Party f/Kanye & Andre: 39.546 (+ 0.824)I think this will get to 50 mil AI. RIHANNA - You Da One: 38.012 (+ 2.045)So it's getting "normal" updates now. Doesn't look to be hurting WFL at all. DRAKE - Make Me Proud f/Nicki Minaj: 21.649 (+ 0.577)This mess of a single. Only 20 mil AI after how long....he should have released something else.

I'm thinking You Da One will have some pretty steep negative updates during its second week after those first few huge days. No doubt it will recover in the weeks after but I'm quite surprised at how dramatically its pace shifted.

Queen B's "Party" ties Jay-Z and Kanye West at No. 1 on Mediabase's Urban chart today; it will have the spot all to itself come tomorrow. And, it's No. 23 on rhythmic- terrific showing, considering it never went for official play at the format.

Marry the Night is a welcome return-to-form for Gaga -- wondering if maybe people are underestimating this song's potential to be huge by Christmas.

Return to form after just the one single, ya mean? ;) I don't know if it will be huge, but it may be another top 10 on the Hot 100.

It depends on how much it sells really... I can't see why radio wouldn't love it and also boost her album sales. People say the video will be amazing but until then I'll stick to my prediction of Top 20.

I mean a return to the type of music from The Fame/Fame Monster era. BTW/Judas/Y&I were all disappointing songs in my opinion. Edge of Glory I'll grant was quite good (and yes, was only one single ago).

"Edge of Glory" may be my favorite single of hers. After that, I think I like "You and I" more than the other two singles. My least favorite of her singles probably would be "LoveGame."
