Ask Billboard posted the top 10 audience tracks (with their highest weeks) in June of last year; it listed WBT as 212.1 million, and then "Irreplaceable" with 196.3m. Naturally, all 10 were 2002-2006 tracks.

EDIT: I just checked it, too- WBT reached 212m in its 7th week at No. 1 on Hot 100 Airplay (the week prior, it hit 202m); then, the following week, it lost its airplay bullet. So, she probably had at least three weeks of 200m+.

Out of curiosity, what makes 2002-2006 different than this era?

I'm not sure if this is what was meant to be implied, but for one thing R&B tracks were getting much more airplay on Pop, so the crossover successes could build up huge aggregate AIs.

^All of the top 10 tracks indeed were ones from R&B acts that enjoyed big play at urban radio. The fact that RITD reached what it did with minimal urban play is pretty astounding (even considering that there are more pop stations- and possibly more from other formats- now than back in the day).
