Those were her choices? I thought she had more control over her caree?
Had those been the singles, none of them rushed and all of them given amazing videos then I think this era may have been recieved better.
Always thought MTN needed to be released earlier. And the German song really would have been amazing. If those four were smashed, then Heavy Metal Lover for fifth. Too amazing to not be heard.

I think if the era was timed and handled better, it could have worked with the single choices as is.

All except for Judas. First real big mistake as far as singles go. People were put off by how annoying it was and as we had Gaga overload for like three years prior. Had she gone with Edge or Marry, then I think the out come would have been better.
But still, I loved BTW and of the videos that came of it, all baring Edge were great.

I think that counts as confirmation. I hate the title.

I don't know how I feel about the title but it's definitely representative of GaGa and the sound she said this new album will have. I'm pleased.

I don't care for the title but then again the title never really matters in the end so I don't care lol I'm just really excited for new music. Feel like it's gonna be great!

Rubbish album title, if true.
The problem with BTW is that they were clearly entirely unprepared for Judas not to smash. Lesson learnt, I hope. Never get too comfortable!

Artpop? Lol. That sounds like a caricature of Lady Gaga.

Has it been confirmed that Latin American dates are coming Monday? If not, and they do occur, we can determine that that's true.

Unless her album includes a time machine, I'm not sure it'll come out before spring '03...

I am ok with the title-sounds like it could be sort of classic. However, ARTPOP looks dumb.

Now there's nothing to look forward to in September. I wonder if the album means it's going to be a pop-sound in the way of a Marina & The Diamonds type sound. More for the music rather than too much of a focus on lyrics?

It is very strange to me that she released the album title this soon and not in some grandiose manner. Her typical style seems to be to set firm times for EVERY announcements or bit of news and then make the announcement seem like the most important announcement in the history of man including mini-countdowns However, I kind of like just putting it out there rather than building it up. Ew, ARTPOP. I guess it will take awhile to grow on me.

I like Popart better too, but my only issue would be the Pet Shop Boys similarity and I think she definitely has to be familiar with them and that would be the thing that people screamed about her copying non-stop for the entire era. I hope the album art is very different from BTW-something colorful, but artistic. I would go for something Warhol-esque.

I personally think that will be something along the lines of what her cover would look like, the title says it all. It would be a great look for her to go with (Warhol's Marilyn Monroe material).

Impressed that two people knew that! Lol.
Anyway, I wonder if when she said she was going back to her old style she meant in theme and instead of a return to basic dance-pop we're getting more bonkers nonsense just with fame themes?

I don't like popart because it looks like you're writing poptart and that would be a mess
