#11. Ray of Light (Ray of Light) I was not familiar with this song at all until Glee did their Madonna episode. Lol, right? But they played a clip of the actual song, and I was like what is this? It sounds pretty good! Then I found out what it was and fell in love. And in the process of creating this list, I have completely fallen in love with the album.  Amazing song, definitely deserves to be one of her classics. Crazy production, crazy effects, nice vocals, everything just comes together to make an amazing song. Another surprise tomorrow.

I feel like everyone loves "Music". Even if one doesn't love it, I think it's one of her most universal songs. I also was unaware it hot #1 on hot 100 and #2 on pop. Oops. Maybe if I had looked at the stats for this song I would have known better. :'( It had really good physical single sales. Her label's strategy of intentionally releasing the CD maxi which only had remixes a week before releasing a CD single which had the album version and a B-side. |

#10. Hung Up (Confessions On a Dance Floor) Ok, lbr. Who doesn't love this song. You know you all do. The ticking at the beginning, the sampling of ABBA, the lyrics, the production, the singing, the danciness, the everything. Amazing, flawless song. Of course the US couldn't see its flawlessness, not surprises, but whatever.  Everything I could wanted from Madonna, and this song and album truly delivered one of the best albums she has, if not THE best. :'( Tomorrow is a song from Madonna.

#9. Lucky Star (Madonna) Slizzy and rocks' 2nd guesses were both right. I love this song, it was an amazing addition to the flawless The Immaculate Collection CD that my parents loved to play. Another flawless song from Madonna. Tomorrow is another song from Madonna.

I like "Lucky Star" but I honestly probably wouldn't put it in my top 40. YAY at me getting "Hung Up" right! I love that song, one of my biggest chart regrets was having that peak at #3 on my chart. Should've been #1. :( Tomorrow: Borderline? |

#8.Borderline (Madonna) Jessie right, Slizzard and gmro91 wrong. Another classic. I love it a lot. Idk what it's supposed to mean, literally a borderline like between countries, or what. Idk.
