{Comments} #70: Flume f/ T.Shirt – "On Top"In early May, I discussed with Slizzard if "On Top" was released as a single or not in Australia, so he showed me this chart a friend of his made. A month later, the music video came out and it's quite obvious it was despite it didn't have a single cover. Anyway, "On Top" is an electronica song with some elements of R&B and hip hop. There's still another song left from Flume. #69: Awolnation – "Sail"I always said that "Sail" is the definition of sleeper hit after its chart run on the Billboard Hot 100. I gave it a try early this year when it was promoted as a CHR/Pop single and I liked it, so it entered on my chart despite it was released in 2011. It's an alternative and electronica rock song, which just never gets old and I really like Aaron Bruno's vocal throughout the song. It has re-entered recently on my weekly chart, so who knows if it's going to outpeak its previous spot. This is Awolnation's only entry. #68: Disclosure f/ London Grammar – "Help Me Lose My Mind""Help Me Lose My Mind" was released as the fifth single from Disclosure's debut album Settle. As you may know, the music video was banned because there were comments referencing the use of drugs on it. However, I don't think it was too explicit. This is the only appearance from London Grammar, but there are still three more entries from Disclosure. #67: Lana del Rey vs. Cedric Gervais – "Summertime Sadness" (Cedric Gervais Remix) Like Andrew (aka. WotUNeed) explained on his 2013 Year End Chart, I also wasn't interested in Lana del Rey's stuff. It doesn't mean that I don't like them. However, all of this changed when this remix of "Summertime Sadness", made by Cedric Gervais, surfaced. It could not be as innovate as in the EDM scene, but it fulfills its purpose. This is the only appearance from Lana del Rey and Cedric Gervais. #66: Passion Pit – "Take a Walk"I didn't know much about Passion Pit until I found out that Tiësto made a remix for "Carried Away". At first, I was inclined to chart that remix instead of "Take a Walk", their previous single, but when I listen to the former, I scrapped it and I go with that one. I know. It’s quite confused. There's still a song left from Passion Pit. #65: Duke Dumont f/ A*M*E – "Need U (100%)""Need U (100%)" is a song from Duke Dumont (real name: Adam Dyment) with featured artist A*M*E (real name: Aminata Kabba). It's an EDM song with some elements of house. The song is so good and the music video is also great. This is their only entry from Duke Dumont and A*M*E. #64: The Lumineers – "Ho Hey""Ho Hey" was released as the lead single from The Lumineers' self-titled album. It's an indie folk song, which I really liked it early this year. This is the only entry from The Lumineers. #63: New Politics – "Harlem""Harlem" is the first single from New Politics' album A Bad Girl in Harlem. It's an alternative rock song with some elements of punk on it. The song is very catchy tbh. This is the only appearance from New Politics. #62: Ke$ha – "C'Mon""C'Mon" was released as the second single from Ke$ha's second studio album Warrior. It's an electropop song and the music video is very Ke$ha-typical, which I like it. This is the only entry from her. #61: Katy Perry – "Roar""Roar" is the first single from Katy Perry's latest album Prism. Despite it's a self-empowerment track, I think Katy played it safe, not risking too much this time. Also, it had some controversy with "Brave" by Sara Bareilles. This is Katy Perry's only entry.

{Comments} #60: Fall Out Boy – "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)"
When it was announced that Fall Out Boy were making a comeback, I was excited. And, quickly, they revealed this track. "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)" is the first single from Fall Out Boy's latest album Save Rock and Roll. It's an alternative rock song, where Patrick Stump's vocals are really good. This is the only appearance from Fall Out Boy.
#59: Ellie Goulding – "Anything Could Happen"
When this song was released in mid August last year, I wasn't into it because I was constantly listening to "Lights". Being said that, I paid attention to the song when Fifth Harmony covered it and was like, why I didn't pay attention to it before? "Anything Could Happen" is an indie pop song with some elements of synthpop. There are still two more appearances from Ellie Goulding as a lead artist and one as a featured.
#58: Phillip Phillips – "Home"
"Home" was released as the first single from Phillip Phillip's debut album The World from the Side of the Moon and it also was his coronation song from the season 11 of American Idol. It's a pop rock song with some elements of folk. There is still a song left from Phillip Phillips.
#57: Capital Cities – "Safe and Sound"
"Safe and Sound" is the first single from Capital Cities' debut album In a Tidal Wave of Mystery. It's a synthpop song and I didn't know it had a prior release in 2011. Also, the second version of the video is really good. This is the only appearance from Capital Cities.
#56: Avicii vs. Nicky Romero – "I Could Be the One (Nicktim)"
"I Could Be the One (Nicktim)" is a song from Avicii and Nicky Romero, which features uncredited vocals from Noonie Bao. It's an EDM song with some elements of progressive house and the video has a really good message. This is the only appearance from Nicky Romero and the last one from Avicii.
#55: Karmin – "Acapella"
"Acapella" is the first single from Karmin's long-awaited debut album called Pulses. It's an electropop song with some rapping parts from Amy Heidemann. Personally, I really like the falsetto part. This is Karmin's only entry.
#54: Macklemore & Ryan Lewis f/ Mary Lambert – "Same Love"
"Same Love" was released as the fourth single from Macklemore & Ryan Lewis back in mid 2012, but it got some attention early this year after the success of "Thrift Shop". The song features vocals from Mary Lambert and it's about the issue of gay and lesbian rights, although it could be about freedom as well. This is the only entry from Mary Lambert and there are still two songs left from Macklemore & Ryan Lewis.
#53: Olly Murs f/ Flo Rida – "Troublemaker" "Troublemaker" is the first single from Olly Murs' third studio album Right Place Right Time. It's a pop song and it features Flo Rida. This is the only appearance from Flo Rida, but there is a song left from Olly Murs.
#52: AlunaGeorge – "You Know You Like It"
"You Know You Like It" was released as the lead single from AlunaGeorge's debut album Body Music in early/mid 2012. It was re-released after the success of "Attracting Flies". It's a garage song with elements of synthpop and R&B. There is a song left from AlunaGeorge.
#51: Naughty Boy f/ Sam Smith – "La La La"
"La La La" is the second single from Naughty Boy's debut album Hotel Cabana. It features vocals from Sam Smith and it's a 2-step garage song, which is a popular subgenre of the UK garage. The music video is fantastic and it resembles The Wizard of Oz. It was shot in different cities of Bolivia. This is the only appearance of Naughty Boy, but there's still a song left from Sam Smith as a featured artist.

{Comments} #50: Foxes – "Youth""Youth" is a song by Foxes (real name: Louisa Rose Allen). It was released late October 2013 in the UK, but it has been out since 2011! Anyway, it's a pop song with some electronica elements, which sounds so fresh. It's going to be included on her debut album Glorious. There's still a song left from Foxes as a featured artist. #49: Anna Carina – "Me Voy Contigo"This is the last entry of a latin song. "Me Voy Contigo" is a song from Peruvian singer Anna Carina Copello, which it's expected to be included on her fourth studio album. The song is very different from the genre of music she has done before, but it suits very well on her. It's a latin pop song with some tropical elements. As a consequence, I really hope it could be the crossover hit from Anna Carina. She deserves it. #48: Olly Murs – "Dear Darlin'""Dear Darlin'" is the third single from Olly Murs' third studio album Right Place Right Time. Originally, I was torn to jump on it because I wanted to chart "Dance with Me Tonight" (I know. This is a 2011 track, but it was supposed to be re-released in the US). However, as the adds date for the former were delaying, I opted for the former and I don't regret because it's so good. This is the last entry from Olly Murs. #47: Eminem – "Berzerk"This could be weird, but I like Eminem stuff. Well, not all of them, but most of. "Berzerk" was released as the lead single from The Marshall Mathers LP 2. It samples Billy Squier's "The Stroke", as well as the Beastie Boys' "The New Style" and "Fight for Your Right". It's a hip hop with some guitar-and-beats elements. So good. This is Eminem's only entry, #46: Passenger – "Let Her Go"I'm not so into slow/acoustic songs (well, it depends on the situation), but when I gave a try to this, thanks to Slizzard's chart, I really like it. However, it had a quite burnt on me later. "Let Her Go" is Passenger's (real name: Michael David Rosenberg) second single from his album All the Little Lights. It was released in 2012, but it had an international success a year later. This is Passenger’s only entry. #45: Imagine Dragons – "On Top of the World""On Top of the World" is a pop/rock song with some elements of reggae fusion. It was released as the fourth single from Imagine Dragons' debut album Night Visions. I really liked it when I first heard it, so I jumped on it, making "Demons" to end up abruptly, like I explained before. There's still a song left from Imagine Dragons. #44: The Neighbourhood – "Sweater Weather""Sweater Weather" is an indie rock/pop song from The Neighbourhood. It was released as the first single from their debut album I Love You (stylized as I Love You.) back in 2012, but it received some media attention a year later, when I listened to it and I jumped on it. I mean, it's amazing. This is the only entry from The Neighbourhood. #43: Justin Timberlake f/ Jay Z – "Suit & Tie"When it was announced that Justin Timberlake was making a comeback, I got excited after how much I love FutureSex/LoveSounds. That album never gets old. "Suit & Tie" was released as the first single from Justin Timberlake, which features Jay Z, from his third album The 20/20 Experience, after a six-year hiatus. It’s a mid-tempo R&B song, something different from the early trend in 2013. It's the only appearance from Jay Z, but there's a song left from Justin Timberlake. #42: Disclosure – "F for You""F for You" was released as the fourth single from Disclosure's debut album Settle. When it was announced as a single, I decided to jump on it as fast as I can because it's one of my favorite songs from the album. However, after listening to it so many times, I got tired of it, but I still like it and I prefer to listen to it occasionally instead. That's better. There are still two more entries from Disclosure. #41: Klangkarussell f/ Will Heard – "Sonnentanz (Sun Don't Shine)"It was so close to the Top 40. Sorry, Slizzard As you may see, I gave a try to this song after he talked about it and I fell in love with it. It's a deep-house track and it's so amazing. "Sonnentanz (Sun Don't Shine)" is the vocal version of the song "Sonnentanz", which was released in its original form in German speaking countries after the track became a viral hit, reaching the Top 10 in some European countries. The vocal version features Will Heard and this is the only entry from them.

{Comments} #40: Passion Pit – "Carried Away""Carried Away" is the second single from Passion Pit's second studio album Gossamer. As I explained on the comments for "Take a Walk", I decided to hold off this song to go for the previously mentioned. When that peaked, I immediately go for this and I went with its original version instead of the Tiësto remix, which it's also good though. This is the last entry from Passion Pit. #39: Muse – "Madness""Madness" was released as the first single from Muse's sixth studio album The 2nd Law. It's an alternative song with some elements of electronica and synthpop. Personally, this is one of their best songs from them and the music video is amazing. This is the only entry from Muse. #38: Macklemore & Ryan Lewis f/ Wanz – "Thrift Shop"Definitely, this was the breakout hit from Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. "Thrift Shop" was released as the fifth single from their album The Heist, but it was the song that really makes them to have a mainstream success. It's a hip hop song and it features Wanz. The music video is so good. This is the only entry from Wanz, but there's a song left from Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. #37: Calvin Harris & Alesso f/ Hurts – "Under Control""Under Control" is a song from Calvin Harris & Alesso, which features vocals from Theo Hutchcraft of Hurts. Discussing the song when it reached atop in the UK, this is what Calvin Harris said to Jameela Jamil on BBC Radio 1: "Alesso sent me an unfinished demo with the idea to sing on it, but I turned it down, so I sent it to Theo Hutchcraft to make the vocals". When I heard that, I was so pissed off because I wish Calvin would have done the vocals. However, I agree that Theo sounds really great on it. (I discussed this topic with Slizzard on the "Under Control" thread). Besides that, I still don't know why Alesso isn't credited first if we consider that he made the demo. #36: Fatboy Slim & Riva Starr f/ Beardyman – "Eat Sleep Rave Repeat"I can tolerate the UK releases, but I think I couldn't with this. I mean, is it possible to wait until late October to enjoy a song (in this case, the Calvin Harris remix of the track) on your iPod Touch portable media player when you have listening to it since mid June? Ugh! Hopefully "Eat Sleep Rave Repeat" was released through Beatport and I could listen to it in the summer (winter in the South Hemisphere). However, I listened to it too much, like "F for You", and I got tired of it. When the Calvin Harris remix became available, I gave it another chance, but as you could see, it wasn't enough because of the overplaying of the former. Despite this, both versions are still great. Side note: The first chart run is from the Original Mix, while the second chart run is from the Calvin Harris remix. The former got more points, so it appears here. You can listen to/watch the video of the Calvin Harris remix here. #35: P!nk – "Try""Try" is the second single from P!nk's sixth studio album The Truth About Love. It's a pop song with some elements of rock. The music video is fantastic and when she and Colt Prattes, her partner on the music video, did a reenactment of it on the 2012 American Music Awards, it was so perfect. A blown away performance tbh. There's still a song left from P!nk. #34: Calvin Harris f/ Ellie Goulding – "I Need Your Love"I have to be honest with you all. Despite I'm a stan and a fan of Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding, respectively, I wasn't into this song when it came as a bonus track on Ellie's Halcyon or on Calvin's 18 Months. However, all of this changed with the hype of the video. I mean, photos of them kissing? Wow! That was unexpected. The music video is so good and it makes to believe that Calvin and Ellie are a couple. Of course, they aren't, but I wished they are though~ I know, poor Rita Ora. Side note: As I explained on the "I Need Your Love" thread, there was a video directed by AG Rojas, which it was filmed before, but it was scrapped. I hope that video could leak some time. #33: Example – "All the Wrong Places""All the Wrong Places" is a song by Example (real name: Elliot John Gleave), which it's supposed to be included on his upcoming fifth studio album. It's a hard trance track with some elements of rave and electrodance. The music video is really good too. There's still a song left from Example. #32: Zedd f/ Hayley Williams of Paramore – "Stay the Night""Stay the Night" was released as the first single from the re-issue of Zedd's debut album Clarity, which features Hayley Williams, the lead vocalist of Paramore. It's an EDM track with some great build ups made by Zedd. This is the only appearance from Hayley Williams and there's still a song left from Zedd. #31: Calvin Harris f/ Florence Welch – "Sweet Nothing""Sweet Nothing" is the fifth single from Calvin Harris' third album 18 Months, which features vocals from Florence Welch, the lead vocalist of Florence + the Machine. It's an EDM song, with love-strung vocals and a bouncy, ever-building beat. This is the only apperance of Florence Welch and there's still a song left from Calvin Harris.
BTW, I think it's time for some guesses. If you want, post below which song(s) you would think will be atop and/or be inside the Top 10 on this year-end countdown :)

BTW, I think it's time for some guesses. If you want, post below which song(s) you would think will be atop and/or be inside the Top 10 on this year-end countdown :) I haven't posted anything yet because I think you know which songs I like (which is most), but this is great to watch so far {Warning: I attempted to predict the top 30, so don't click if you want total suspense because I imagine there's a decent chance I at least got the 30 songs left correct.}I will try: 1. Get Lucky 2. Radioactive 3. Another Love 4. Royals 5. Little Talks 6. Clarity 7. Blurred Lines 8. Holdin On 9. Just Give Me A Reason 10. Up In The Air Next up: 11. Pompeii 12. If I Lose Myself 13. Can't Hold Us 14. Feel The Love 15. Counting Stars 16. Thinking About You 17. I Love It 18. I Knew You Were Trouble 19. White Noise 20. Work Bitch ... and since I got to 20, I may as well give the rest a shot 21. Perfect Replacement 22. Figure 8 23. Animals 24. Tennis Court 25. Attracting Flies 26. Burn 27. Mirrors 28. Don't You Worry Child 29. Waiting All Night 30. Gone, Gone, Gone I will obviously fail badly. Especially since I put I Need Your Love at #16 before double-checking and realising it had already come up.

{Comments} #30: Justin Timberlake – "Mirrors""Mirrors" was released as the second single from Justin Timberlake's third album The 20/20 Experience. It's a mid-tempo R&B song. The music video is really good. This is the last entry from Justin Timberlake. Side note: "Mirrors" is the song which made the biggest jump on my personal chart, climbing from #40 to #17 in a solely week. #29: Lorde – "Tennis Court""Tennis Court" was released as the second single from Lorde's debut album Pure Heroine. It's an alternative song with some elements of electronica on it. Actually, this was the first song I really got into from Lorde, but at the same time, "Royals" grew on me, so I decided to hold off this one and go the other one. The music video is good too. There's still a song left from Lorde. #28: Swedish House Mafia f/ John Martin – "Don't You Worry Child""Don't You Worry Child" is a song from Swedish House Mafia, which it's included on their second/compilation album Until Now. It features John Martin and it's an EDM track. The song has some great build ups too. This is the only appearance from Swedish House Mafia. Side note: The sheet music is available online. Click here to get it. #27: Disclosure f/ AlunaGeorge – "White Noise""White Noise" is the second single from Disclosure's debut album Settle, which features vocals from AlunaGeorge. This was the first song I got into from both of them, thanks to Slizzard's personal chart, and I could say that I become a fan of them because of this track. It's an electronica song with elements of deep house and garage, which I definitely wouldn't have heard before. The music video is really great as well. #26: Taylor Swift – "I Knew You Were Trouble."When it was announced that Taylor Swift was going to do a pop song with elements of dubstep, I got freaked out. I mean, I wasn't expecting that from her, but I was looking forward to it. As a consequence, when it came out as a promotional single, I loved it. The BRIT Awards performance is definitely my favorite live one because of the strings added in the dubstep part. This is the last entry from Taylor Swift. Side note: I got the thread for this song on the CHR/Pop forum. It was the first one #25: Of Monsters and Men – "Little Talks""Little Talks" is the first single from Of Monsters and Men's debut album My Head Is an Animal. I was (indirectly) introduced this song by a lot of members on their personal charts early 2013 and it really grew on me when I first listened to. It's an indie alternative song with some elements of folk and rock. The music video is really good. This is the only entry from Of Monsters and Men. #24: Bastille – "Pompeii""Pompeii" was released as the fourth single from Bastille's album Bad Blood. It's an alternative song with some elements of synthpop and rock. When I first listened to it, I really got into it. The music video is good and weird. This is the last entry from Bastille. #23: Thirty Seconds to Mars – "Up in the Air"When it was announced that Thirty Seconds to Mars were planning to drop an album in 2013, I was excited. I really like their stuffs. "Up in the Air" is the first single from their fourth album Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams. It's an alternative song with some electronica elements. This is the only appearance from Thirty Seconds to Mars. #22: AlunaGeorge – "Attracting Flies"As I explained on the "White Noise" comments, I really got into AlunaGeorge stuff, so there was any doubt "Attracting Flies" would enter on my weekly chart. It is the third single from their debut album Body Music and it's an electronica song with some elements of R&B and dance. This is the last entry from AlunaGeorge. #21: Disclosure f/ Sam Smith – "Latch"When "White Noise" peaked on my personal chart, I wasn't sure for going for this song or "You & Me" and as I told on the latter comments, I opted for this one, and I think it was the best decision I took. "Latch" was released as the first single from Disclosure's debut album Settle. It features vocals from Sam Smith and it's an electronica song with some elements of deep house and garage. The music video is fantastic. This is the last entry from Disclosure and Sam Smith.
Top 20 begins later today. So far, Slizzard has been the only one who posted his predictions. And he got 29 out of 30 songs (not necessarily in the right order of course)! "Waiting All Night" was already mentioned at #73, so you could cross that, being "Latch" the song left, which appears here. So, you already know the remaining 20 songs. BTW, Slizzard correctly predicted "Don't You Worry Child" at #28!

{Comments} #20: P!nk f/ Nate Ruess – "Just Give Me a Reason""Just Give Me a Reason" was released as the third single from P!nk's sixth studio album The Truth About Love, which features fun.'s frontman Nate Ruess. It's a pop ballad and it's about the desire to hold on to a relationship, despite it appears to be breaking down. Originally, it wasn't intended to be a duet, but P!nk pushed for it. Best decision ever. This is the last entry of P!nk and the only appearance from Nate Ruess. #19: Martin Garrix – "Animals"Well, I found out "Animals" by Martin Garrix when Brad made a thread of this song on the CHR/Pop forum. At first, I thought it was another generic EDM song trying to be pushed on that format, but when I saw the positive comments, I gave a try and it was fantastic! One of the best EDM tunes ever this year. Wished I had known this song before if we consider it was out since May and digitally available since June on Beatport. This is the only entry from Martin Garrix. #18: Imagine Dragons – "Radioactive"If "It's Time" was a good introduction from Imagine Dragons for me, "Radioactive" was brilliant. It's an alternative song with some elements of electronic and dubstep that I fell in love when I first listened to it. However, it burnt on me when I overplayed it, but I like to listen to it quite often nowadays. It's the last appearance from Imagine Dragons and it had a weird chart run tbh. #17: Ellie Goulding – "Figure 8""Figure 8" was released as the second single from Ellie Goulding's second studio album Halcyon. It's an indie pop song, with elements of dubstep and synthpop, making the track to sound absolutely incredible. It's definitely one of my favorite songs from her honestly. #16: Macklemore & Ryan Lewis f/ Ray Dalton – "Can't Hold Us""Can't Hold Us" was released the third single from Macklemore & Ryan Lewis back in mid August 2011, but it got some attention early 2013 after the success of "Thrift Shop". It's a hip hop song, with some elements of R&B and it features Ray Dalton. It also has additional vocals from Susannah Wetzel. The music video, released in mid April, is really good. It's the last entry from Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and the only from Ray Dalton. #15: Robin Thicke f/ T.I. and Pharrell – "Blurred Lines""Blurred Lines" is the first single from Robin Thicke's sixth studio album of the same title. It features T.I. and Pharrell Williams, who is credited as Pharrell. It's a R&B song with some elements of disco. The song was very popular, but it burnt on me when I heard a lot in my country. This is the only appearance from Robin Thicke and T.I., but there's still a song left from Pharrell Williams as a featured artist. #14: Rudimental f/ John Newman – "Feel the Love""Feel the Love" was released as the second single from Rudimental's debut album Home. It's a drum & bass song with some great build ups too. It was released in 2012, but it got my attention when I saw it on Slizzard's personal chart. It features John Newman and the music video is really great and I would have wished it had success in the US, despite drum & bass is still a non mainstream genre. This is the last entry from Rudimental and the only appearance from John Newman. #13: Phillip Phillips – "Gone, Gone, Gone"I think no one saw that coming, neither do I. "Gone, Gone, Gone" is the second single from Phillip Phillips' debut album The World from the Side of the Moon. It's a pop/rock song with some elements of folk and this is one of the songs that I keep listening to. I think, it doesn't get old at all. This is the last entry from Phillip Phillips. Side note: "Gone, Gone, Gone" is the song with most weeks on my personal chart, tying with "Another Love", with 30 weeks and it didn't reach the Top 10. Coincidentally, it ended up at #13, which it was its peak on July. Go #13! #12: Britney Spears – "Work Bitch"Britney was so close to the Top 10 :'( Anyway, I think it's still a great achievement "Work Bitch" reaches at this spot with only 15 weeks on my personal chart. Back on topic, "Work Bitch" is the first single from Britney Spears' eighth studio album Britney Jean. Since the moment I listened to it, I fell in love with it. I really like the production ( to Otto Knows with the assistant of Sebastian Ingrosso) and despite it resembles "Greyhound" in a way or another, I still think it was the best option for a lead single, since the EDM field hasn't gone too hard on mainstream and the rest of the uptempos in the album are not as great as this is. It could be messy at some points if the vocals are considered, but this part could be avoided. By the way, the music video is awesome. This is the only appearance from Britney Spears. #11: Ellie Goulding – "Burn""Burn" is the first single from Ellie Goulding's re-issue of her second album Halcyon. It was originally written for Leona Lewis for her third studio album Glassheart, but it was scrapped. It's an indie pop song, with some synthpop elements. The music video is really good. This is the last appearance from Ellie Goulding.
Top 10 is coming tomorrow :)
