Thanks! Yeah, you can say I really love it. It'll keep going. :) Yes, so good. I'll have to go check it out, and check out some of the songs from your pop updates. Oh, and thanks for the nomination in Best New Poster. Thanks for commenting as well! They are greatly appreciated! Please tell me what you think about TTNA when you listen to it, I'm interested. ;) Well you deserve the award, so no problem. :) Oh that's no problem either. Listened to it, and it's not bad. It's a grower, but I like it so far. You deserve it too.

Hee hee, why am I not surprised to see Gaga at #1 here? Nice that she's doing double duty in the Top 3 as well.

• Great Top 2! Nice jump of "Do What U Want". • "Counting Stars", "Sweater Weather", "White Walls", "Team" and "Animals" are in the Top 10. • "Work Bitch" is close to be Top 10. YES! • "Thinking About You" falls :( • "A Light That Never Comes", "Demons", "On Top of the World", "Burn", "Aura", "Sonnentanz (Sun Don't Shine)" and "Under Control" climb. So great to see the latter made a huge jump and you're doing the supposed-to-be credits (Alesso & Calvin Harris instead of Calvin Harris & Alesso). • "All the Wrong Places" is Top 40! • "Something I Need" and "Dark Horse" also move up. • Great flashback.

However, I can tell you if I had a chart since last year, Calvin Harris would be in like a year long plus streak on my chart, as I loved "Feel So Close", "Let's Go", "We'll Be Coming Back", "Iron", "Sweet Nothing", and "I Need Your Love", as well as the mentioned. Glad you like those as well. It's a really great song, glad you recommended it. ("Under Control"). I figured you'd like that one. Thanks for commenting!

I probably would have charted "Bounce" too. Yay for "Bounce"! Sad that it and "We'll Be Coming Back" didn't get a chance to be released in the US, while "Let's Go" had and "Iron" didn't receive a single treatment (if it's not considered that it was released through Nicky Romero's label, Protocol Records, on Beatport in early/mid September of last year) at all. "Iron" may be my favorite from 18 Months, although there are so many good songs on that album. I suppose you are. Really great to know that "Iron" could be your favourite song from 18 Months. When you say: "I suppose you are", do you mean if it's my favourite song from it or if I have a favourite? Personally, "Iron" is one of my favourites, along "Feel So Close" and "School". The latter is so perfect that it's a shame that it has the shortest length of the album :(

"School" is also good.

Zebra's Top 50 - November 3, 2013 - Week 22 - Late chart haha. Next chart tomorrow. - Bad news this week. Due to college keeping me more busy than I thought it would, I have to regrettably stop doing the bottom 50. It is too much work to balance my load, and the bottom 50 took too much time. bout the weeks that I have done, they will not gather any points and next week (this one haha) I will start editing the song weeks to reflect the cancellation of these weeks. I will be totaling points next week, with a new point system. However, my top 50 will continue, as well as backdated charts. I am currently almost halfway through 2011, and I hope to have these finished by the time of the year end chart so I can have a full 100 based on actual charting weeks. Enjoy! - Lady Gaga has an exceptional week. "Do What U Want", her second single, holds at number one for a second week. "Applause", her lead single, falls from 3 to 5, but has had a great run in this exceptionally strong period. "Venus" debuts at number 15, and has a great shot of entering the top ten next week. "Aura" falls from 29 to 31, but is still charting. - Arctic Monkeys move up from 4 to 2 with "Do I Wanna Know?". It looks to be the next number one, potentially moving there next week. The Neighbourhood also moves into the top three this week. They move from 6 to 3 with "Sweater Weather". Not sure how high it'll go, as this top ten and top two is crazy. - Lorde falls from 2 to 6 with "Tennis Court". It was number one two weeks ago, and I still love it. This just goes to show how strong this top ten really is. However, underneath Lorde there is a lot of upwards movement (She and Gaga were the only droppers still in the top ten). "White Walls" raises from 8 to 7, matching it's peak. "Animals" moves from 10 to 8, reaching a new peak. Two new songs enter the top ten, Jay-Z & Justin Timberlake's "Holy Grail", which, by my current chart's standings, is a sleeper hit (in it's 13th week), and Britney Spears's "Work Bitch", moving from 11 to 10. Lorde's "Team" and Drake's "Hold On, We're Going Home" both drop out of the top ten. - The greatest gainer is Paramore's "Still Into You", rebounding from 50 to 34. This is strange because it had already peak and was tumbling down the lower half of the chart for a while. However, I have heard it a lot recently and it has re-grown on me. - The largest dropper is Tamar Braxton's "The One", long past it's peak, falling from 38 to 47, and one of only 6 songs that have been on for all 22 weeks. They are: "Counting Stars", "Young And Beautiful", "Demons", "Radioactive", "Gone, Gone, Gone", and this one (ha). Many of the others had shortened runs due to the chart getting so strong and due to my chart starting late. - Other than "Venus", four other songs enter the top fifty. "The Monster", Eminem and Rihanna's latest, debuts at number 45. The others, Katy Perry's "Unconditionally" (48), Justin Timberlake's "TKO" (49), and Ray Foxx/Rachel K. Collier's "Boom Boom (Heartbeat)" (50), all move up from the now defunct bottom 50. LW: TW: WK: PK: WOP: Song: Artist: 01 01 03 01 (02) "Do What U Want" - Lady Gaga ft. R. Zebra's Top 50 - November 10, 2013 - Week 23 - The chart undergoes some changes, with the weeks of each song not spent in the top fifty being removed. This drastically shortens some runs, and I realize that many of the songs that have charted so far have not had very much longevity. Thus, when I figure out my points system, this era will be weighted higher due to the cut chart runs. Compared to other years, such as 2009, where an average top ten would spend 20 to 25 weeks on a top 40 chart, these chart runs would not be very highly ranked on an all time list compared to those and that wouldn't accurately chart my top songs. Once I finish backdating (officially halfway through 2011), I will post an all time chart. It won't be totally accurate, as it obviously couldn't be, but it'll still be cool to see. Anyways, on to charting! - After two weeks at number one, "Do What U Want" slips to number two. Gaga needn't worry tough, she's probably not done. Also, "Venus" flies from 15 to 5 in it's second week. Arctic Monkeys move up from number two to number one with "Do I Wanna Know?", becoming my 14th number one. It will most likely spend many weeks here, although some heavy competition is on it's way. Number three and four remain stagnant this week, as "Sweater Weather" and "Counting Stars" refuse to budge. "Counting Stars" is having amazing longevity, as it likely would have had a few weeks one the week before my chart began. Lorde also remains in place at number six with "Tennis Court", which after a two to to drop two weeks ago, is firmly planted for now. Martin Garrix moves up one place to claim a new place with "Animals". It was seeming to die a few weeks ago, but now it's coming back with force. Gaga falls from four to eight with "Applause". It is a victim of an intensely strong top ten, and of her other two songs slaying. Macklemore & friends fall from seven to ten with "White Walls", which appears to be on the decline. So many great songs coming out at once. :'( - Two new acts earn their first top ten this week. As well as Gaga's "Venus", Ray Foxx and Rachel K. Collier blast from fifty to nine with "Boom Boom (Heartbeat)". I first checked this out when it was slaying everyone's charts, but it didn't really leave that great of an impression on me. However, it suddenly clicked after considerably more listens, and now I love it. These two new entries bump "Holy Grail" and "Work Bitch" out of the top ten. "Holy Grail" falls to number eleven, but the constant radio play in my area is really starting to kill it. "Work Bitch", falling to number fifteen, on the other hand, is only falling due to a strong top of the chart and due to it starting to burn on me a little it. I'm sure it'll rebound, however. - Several songs either remain at their peaks, move up, or reach new peaks this week, including Zendya's "Replay" (14-14), Lana Del Rey's "Young And Beautiful" (16-16), Alesso/Calvin Harris/Hurts's "Under Control" (22-19), Passenger's "Let Her Go" (23-23), Katy Perry's "Roar" (24-24), Klangkarussell's "Sonnentanz" (26-25), Ellie Goulding's "Burn" (28-26), OneRepublic's "Something I Need" (30-28), Mr. Little Jeans's "Oh Sailor" (32-29) , Selena Gomez's "Slow Down" (33-32), Paramore's "Still Into You" (34-34), Daughtry's "Waiting For Superman" (37-35), Imagine Dragons's "Monster" (40-37), Tegan And Sara's "Closer" (42-39), Zedd's "Stay the Night" (44-42), John Newman's "Love Me Again" (44-43), Eminem & Rihanna's "The Monster" (45-44), Katy Perry's "Unconditionally" (48-48), and Justin Timberlake's "TKO" (49-49). - Lady Gaga earns the largest drop with "Aura", falling from 31 to 38. ARTPOP is coming, however, so it should remain on the chart (I think). - Three songs debut this week. The highest is Britney Spears's "Perfume". It is her second entry. The next is Fall Out Boy's "Alone Together" at number 47 (their third entry). This one really surprised me, as it got in my head the latter part of the week and I couldn't get it out. I hated it at first but now I am starting to love it. The last is Cher Lloyd & T.I.'s "I Wish" at number 50, Lloyd's first entry and T.I.'s second. This one also surprised me because I didn't like this one at first either but my roommate loves it so I have started to like it because of constant exposure. Ariana Grande and Rihanna narrowly missed the chart this week with "Baby I" and "What Now", respectively. I'm sure they'll chart next week. Three songs get bumped out this week, Katy Perry's "Walking On Air", slipping from number 39, Karmin's "Acapella", from number 41, and Tamar Braxton's "The One" from number 46. As "The One" tumbles out and "Young And Beautiful" is stripped of it's non top fifty weeks, only four original songs remain. They are: "Counting Stars", "Demons", "Radioactive", and "Gone, Gone, Gone". However, "Gone, Gone, Gone" appears to be on it's way out, as well as "Radioactive" in the next few weeks. So, the question is, which will last longer? "Counting Stars" or "Demons"? Take your bets. - Enjoy, and thanks for commenting! Points System: Number 1 will have 10,000 points, and each position successive will go down by 100, until number 50, which will have 5,000, ensuring an fair representation of songs. This will also help songs that don't have a lot of longevity have a fair amount of points as many songs spend a good amount of weeks at the top of the chart. I'll still probably adjust different eras for song lengths, but we'll see. For now, my certification system will go: Gold: 25,000 Platinum: 40,000 2 Platinum: 55,000 3 Platinum: 70,000 4 Platinum: 85,000 5 Platinum: 100,000 6 Platinum: 110,000 7 Platinum: 120,000 8 Platinum: 130,000 9 Platinum: 140,000 10 Diamond: 150,000 These will most likely change however, depending on how my points for past songs go. I'll figure out point totals soon!

Zebra's Top 50 - November 17, 2013 - Week 24
- "Do I Wanna Know?" holds at number one in it's 7th week. It fends off heavy competition in the rest of the top ten, however, as Gaga and The Neighbourhood hold at numbers 2 and 3 respectively, both strong competitors. However, another strong contender is rising quickly. Ray Foxx and Rachel K. Collier jump from 9 to 4 with "Boom Boom (Heartbeat)". This pushes "Counting Stars", "Venus", "Tennis Court", and "Animals" down one place each. - Two songs enter the top ten this week. The first is Zendaya's "Replay". "Replay" moves from number 14 to number 9, becoming her first top ten. It is her first top ten period, as as "Watch Me" and "Something To Dance For" would both have entered but stalled in the bottom half of the chart. Lana Del Rey and Cedric Gervais move from number 16 to number 10 in their 20th week. Lana's version alone was in the top ten on my first chart, and it fell rather quickly. However, this remix came out and it gave the song a strong second wind. - Alesso, Calvin Harris, and Hurts earn a new peak this week with "Under Control", which moves from 19 to 17. Ellie Goulding also earns a new peak with "Burn", moving from 26 to 24. Other songs earn new peaks down the chart, and they are: "Monster" (36), "Closer" (37), "Alone Together" (38 - Greatest Gainer award), "The Monster" (39), "Love Me Again" (41), "TKO" (44), "Unconditionally" (45), and "I Wish" (48). Many others retain their peaks this week. In fact, this week has so much movement that only 13 songs are not bolded, and they are the only droppers. All but four of these are in the top twenty. The largest dropper is "American Girl", falling from 27 to 34. - One song debuts and two re-enter: Rihanna's "What Now" debuts at number 47 this week, becoming her 4th charting song. Ariana Grande re-enters with "Baby I" at number 49. It has previously peaked at number 43, and is her second song to chart. Her previous single "The Way" is by far one of my favorite songs of the year, and it will be seen if this one can match it. The other re-entry is a song that just won't die. AWOLNATION's "Sail" re-enters at number 50, and it is so strong a song/so old for me that I have already started charting it on my backdated charts. Wow. This would be it's 5th run or something. - Three songs share the distinction of most weeks on chart: "Counting Stars" at number 5, "Demons" at number 19, and "Radioactive" at number 43. - Added several new components this week: Recurrents of the week and album tracks of the week. These may not be made every week, but since I decided to stop charting album tracks and wanted to highlight my favorite old tracks of the week, I have decided to attempt these. I love your whole chart. I also like every song in the BU. :) I'll do more of a full comment later. Just one more thing for now, Idk what your rule is for a song being an album track, but I wouldn't exactly consider "Dark Horse" an album track since it was originally Katy's 2nd release from the album, which she later changed to being "Unconditionally" (Bad decision if you ask me).

Thanks! Glad you like them! :) Hmm, Dark Horse mainly just dropped because a lot of songs were rising above it. I would allow that to chart. If they release it as a promo single or an actual single or if they upload a video for it I'll allow it to chart, or at least that's what I'm thinking for now. I agree, Dark Horse is way better. I also removed Dark Horse because I want Unconditionally to have a fair shot. I'd honestly probaby just play Roar, Dark Horse, Walking On Air, and a few album tracks way more. It's not a bad song, it just lacks a certain appeal. Dark Horse is very likely to come back at some point, especially with a single release. Thanks for commenting! I look forward to the updates of your chart!

Zebra's Top 50 - December 8, 2013 - Week 27
- Week 27, and a new records are broken and milestones reached! For one, I have passed a half year of having a chart! For another (and something Gaga stans should be happy with), "Do What U Want" spends a fourth week at number one, the most in my official chart history! In my backdated charts there are songs with more weeks at number one, but this one ranks pretty highly. - The Arctic Monkeys hold at number two with "Do I Wanna Know?". Lana Del Rey and Cedric Gervais rebound to number three from number four with "Young And Beautiful", and it is likely that this one could follow "Summertime Sadness" to the top. This also has one of the slowest climbs to it's peak. John Newman jumps into the top ten with "Love Me Again", which moves from nine to four. I didn't like it very much at first but now it is amazing. Ray Foxx and Rache; K. Collier fall from three to five with "Boom Boom (Heartbeat)", which is slowly starting to burn on me. - Calvin Harris, Alesso, and Hurts hold at their peak of number six with "Under Control". It should be a strong contender for number one in the next few weeks. The Neighbourhood fall from five to seven with "Sweater Weather", but it is still a strong song, and if it were any other time it would have likely went to number one. Lorde holds at number eight with "Team", which is on the rebound. Avicii comes close to making chart history with "Hey Brother", which blasts from 46 to 9, a jump of 35 spots. This is good for second all time, with only "Boom Boom (Heartbeat)" making a larger jump. "What Now" by Rihanna also enters the top ten with a move from thirteen to ten. It is her highest peaker on my official chart, beating out "Right Now" (36), and "Stay" (37). Both would have reached better peaks had my chart not started so late, and "Right Now" may re-enter, but it isn't guaranteed. - Several songs reach new peaks this week. They are: Fall Out Boy's "Alone Together" (14-12), NONONO's "Pumpin' Blood" (23-15), Ellie Goulding's "Burn" (20-17), Eminem and Rihanna's "The Monster" (22-18), OneRepublic's "Something I Need" (26-24), Justin Timberlake's "TKO" (32-29), Daughtry's "Waiting For Superman" (34-31), Tegan And Sara's "Closer" (36-34), Zedd and Hayley William's "Stay the Night" (38-35), Katy Perry's "Unconditionally" (40-37), and the American Authors's "Best Day Of My Life" (49-43). - The largest drop belongs to Imagine Dragons. "Monster" plummets twelve spots from 37 to 49. It's a shame so many songs are being released, this could have done a lot better. However, it isn't their best. Two songs are still fighting to keep the most weeks on honor, "Counting Stars" and "Demons". Both are in their 27th week, and it looks like "Counting Stars" will win this battle by far. "Demons" is finally starting to die with me, and I will most likely keep pushing "On Top Of The World", as it is already their fourth single. - Four songs debut this week. James Blunt debuts at number 33 with "Bonfire Heart". This song was lackluster to me at first but now after listening to it more I am in love with it. If I had had a chart back in 2006, "You're Beautiful" would have likely hit number one, but this would only be his second entry, as I had never checked out anything of his. A Great Big World and Christina Aguilera debut at number 44 with "Say Something". In a similar situation to "Bonfire Heart", this one also had to grow on me. This is A Great Big World's first entry, but Christina would have had several past hits. Jhene Aiko debuts at number 48 with "The Worst". This would be her first entry. The last is a re-entry of "Wrecking Ball" at number 50. This has been bubbling for several weeks after hitting number 18, and it finally re-enters. Many songs will probably re-enter soon, as I have been listening to several of the songs I killed prematurely and I have discovered that I still love them. Also, I would like them to be fairly represented points wise to my older songs, which have many more weeks on. - Adjustment to the singles only rule: Non-singles can chart, but they need a good reason to and each artist can only have one album track charting at a time. Also, if an artists's single doesn't click with me, or if they haven't released anything or end the era before I feel like they should, I may make certain album tracks of theirs singles. - I go on break in like half a week, so my backdated charts will likely be completed quickly, and that includes my 2013 charts. Once that is done, I will add up the points from all of 2013 and post a year end chart, so look for that soon. - Shoutout to @jf816... You said to remind you when my next chart came around to comment, and this is my first true chart since. - Enjoy, and thanks for reading/liking/commenting! Perfect #1!!!!! It's followed by a perfect top 5!!!! All but 1 song in the top 10 makes it perfect!!! Yay at Hey Brothers jump. I like 10-20 outside of Pumpin' Blood which I'm not really a fan of, but I've caught onto White Walls recently. Nice debuts for both Bonfire Heart & Say Something, in particular Say Something which I am really catching onto well, gotta be my favorite song featuring Christina Aguilera in awhile. Also glad to see Replay hit your top 10. :)

Both of those are really catching on for me too, and I agree with your Christina feature comment. I figured you'd like it! Thanks for commenting!
