^I'm not sorry at all he won't bring Cardi with him. I wasn't a fan of that tour leg from the start. Too much drama and sheer crazy behaviour surruounding Cardi, imho for Bruno to be with her for a longer period of time and stay unaffected. Especially since he's heavily back on drugs to the point he doesn't even try to hide it anymore. Missy would be cute, but his openers are just a bathroom break for hooligans, ANYWAY.

Did he ever quit tbh? Bruno being a functional coke user is an open secret, he just lessened his use or at least learned to keep it under wraps for a good while. He was clearly high enough to touch the sky on Grammy night though. Although with that in mind I'd argue that it's Cardi who needs to stay away from Bruno, if he is on that kinda wave rn. A tour with him is no place for a new mom to be even if a doc did sign off on taking the kid with her. |

Bruno did calm down with drugs for a couple of years. He settled for weed and alcohol, he even tried to quit smoking but failed. Ever since 24k Magic era started he's back at it. Ever since Carpool Karaoke hooligans been knew, but it's only getting worse. The buzz is the main reason he tours so much is because he has at least a decade old depression to deal with and performing is the only thing that truly makes him happy. One of his bandmates is surprisingly open about it.
Cardi is a non-factor in his tour, but I think her messy self could be a bad news for him in the long run. Not to mention, I don't think she could live up to his standards in performing. Pharrell learned it the hard way. I like Cardi quite a bit, but I wouldn't be surprised if she's labelled as a one album wonder by the time he drops chapter 4, and there's no worse influence than Offset, imho.

Cardi and Bruno would be a mismatch for musical/fanbase reasons (lolol can you guys imagine a bunch of Hooligans and Bardi gang occupying the same space, gotta admit that would have been a mess) but Cardi is a damn workaholic herself. There are a lot of criticisms that could be thrown at her but the persistent belief that she "can't keep up" as a performer will always be the one that stumps me. Hell I had to eat crow bc I thought having a baby would slow her down and instead it made her speed up. Offset is garbage but would probably be off in strange pussy too much to even be around a lot anyway. All a moot point now of course.
But back to the subject of this thread, I need my boy to stop self medicating and find someone to talk to :( I knew that was why he works so hard but when even the work isn't enough to keep one's problems at bay no substance will cure it either.

When I Google it out of curiosity, nothing comes up past his arrest, which was like...8 years ago? Obviously, I wouldn't be surprised if he was still dabbling, especially with his insane work ethic and the amount of manic energy he exudes, but other than that, it seems like pure speculation with nary a bit of concrete evidence to support it. I mean, it's not like he is giving us David Bowie circa the early 80s interview mess. |

I've lost 2 classmates to drug overdose and have relatives in jail for selling drugs. I love Bruno and pray he can take better care of himself. |

He's by far my fav new artist from 2010's. I know hooligans seem very lowkey, but currently they're in the phrase of begging him to take a break, relax and deal with everything that bothers him. Pink glasses are gone for sure. Are we talking the coke problem or are there other drugs as well? Coke and expanding drinking problem. Mixed with alledged depression. |
