I feel like there is a double standard with this kind of thing. I think about Whitney and the coke or Mariah and the drinking, and the general response wasn't to just let them have their fun.

Few acts combined are an upgrade from Cardi, but since Cici unfortunately made it, it's obvious Bruno does some charity, but he better keep her far away from his recording studio.

Bruno also had a short conversation with James Fauntleroy who co-wrote 7/9 songs on 24k Magic on Twitter. It was deleted asap.

No backlash if the family/estate approves and he does a decent job. If it's "unauthorized" (i.e. the family isn't down with it) and/or he does a horrible job (which is probably why he himself is so hesitant, b/c that's a ton of pressure) then he'll catch flack. I can't see Bruno committing to anything the family doesn't approve, he's far too respectful and business-savvy for that.
To me, it's just slightly ironic b/c most people compare his talent to MJ more so than Prince.
