Double post but here's the drill: Jordan posted on the Breatheheavy Twitter that a song with Iggy, 'Bli$$', would debut tomorrow-- but this was on the 25th of November and we were supposed to recieve news on the 26th.

On the other hand? William Orbit implied we'd be getting Britney news this week. So...?

If we get anything related to new music this week, the most it would be:
1) related to the Giorgio feature or 2) news about her new single, maybe a date (remember the timer for the "Work Bitch" release?)

I doubt they'll surprise drop a song. And if they were going to, we probably wouldn't know about it.

With that said, I feel like a surprise single would actually work pretty well for her. A surprise album, not at all. Which I'm grateful for. I want an actual era.

Edit: when did we find out about "Hold It Against Me"/Femme Fatale? I remember we knew she was working but it wasn't until she tweeted something about finishing her new album at that she was loving it. I could actually see them going for a March/April release to avoid getting caught up in all the Q4 releases like last time.

I don't either, but this is kind of how 'Work Bitch' started out. We knew the title and that it may or may not feature Ru Paul, and then eventually it just happened. Don't think we're getting the song today though; but it very well could be called 'Bli$$'.

That said, Iggy confirmed that they have collaborated. That much we do know.

Regarding the "Bli$$" title, Bradley Stern from MuuMuse denied it. I don't know, but I trust him more than Jordan to be honest.

Anyway, it's been said in the Popjustice forum that the Britney track on Giorgio Moroder's album is the same as the one Britney and Iggy recorded, so it means that both of them are featured on the same track in his album. Also, Nicki Minaj was originally to be there instead of Iggy.

We're definitely getting some type of Britney music ASAP. Definitely top of the new year. Whether it's just the Moroder track or not; all her eras start out like this, incessant rumors and hype going back and forth with people confirming and denying things left and right. Remember "Work Bitch"? It was supposed to be called "Werk" and then "Werk Bitch" and then featuring Ru Paul! And then the production was "very urban-based", etc. LOL.
