The band had previously reached No. 2 with three hits: "Payphone" (2012), "Daylight" and "Love Somebody" (both in 2013). "Maps" is the lead single from V, which has also generated smashes in "Animals" and new third release "Sugar."

Beyonce scores her 22nd Dance Club Songs No. 1, as "7/11" tops the tally. Her third leader in a row (following "Partition" and "Pretty Hurts") ties her with Rihanna for the second-best total. Madonna leads with 43 ... and vaults 11-6 with "Living for Love," the chart's Greatest Gainer.
"7/11" also becomes Beyonce's seventh No. 1 on R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay (3-1; see below). Among women, only Alicia Keys (eight) has notched more.
