So basically a repeat of Happy and All Of Me last year funny because AOM and TOL are both ballads while Happy and UF are both upbeat dancy anthems.
Anyway, with Uptown Funk still increasing in all three components while already at the top of each one, it doesn't look like Uptown Funk will be permanently leaving #1 on the Hot 100 anytime soon. The only hope is if Ed performs Thinking Out Loud at the Grammys and get that sales boost and hopefully by then it will have gained enough radio audience so that it can manage to get 1 week at #1 in 2/28...if that does happen, UF's return to the top the following week is practically imminent (unless the video for Style does what the video for Blank Space did). Of course if there won't be a video for Style soon then if too does have the longevity as you say then it could pull an All Of Me and get a week or two at #1.

And Katy pulled a Bruno Mars and didn't perform anything new. So the only thing that stands between Bruno Mars and getting 12 plus weeks at number one is Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift.

I mean the performance was good but no new anything is a very lost opportunity especially since she's 2 for 5 with this album. And I think Sugar has a better chance than that disaster of a song.

I think the increase has to do with the radio deal she has. But yeah Style looks like it's guaranteed to be the next number one.
