Not really, it was just an incredibly frustrating slow burn and in the past couple of weeks it finally gave up the ghost (pun intended). If anything it reminds me of the run of Britney's 'Piece Of Me'. That only made it to #28 but it also stuck around forever and made it to recurrency. This did better of course (top 20, duh) but it's also not an apples-to-apples comparison because 'Piece Of Me' was out when the pop radio landscape was a HELL of a lot different.
Anyway, byebye 'Ghost Town', off to recurrentland you go~
