I feel like the only guy who thinks BB has the power to be a smash, what with the added boost of Kendrick.

Didn't know she was on the song? Because she was wrongfully never credited before. Thankfully David Guetta is not Avicii. Was she not credited intentionally for audiences to be under the impression it was Minaj sining the chorus? Is that why Bebe is not in the video?

The only problem is that Bad Blood don't have the luxury of big performances after the BBMA because Tay already started her world tour. At least she got to #1.

IDK if BB can go #1 again, i'm sure it will be #2 next week, hopefully it can go #1 with the airplay increasing before another summer hit explodes It will hit #1 Pop very soon though

Everyone thought SYA would drop to #2 after it took over #1 from UF. Anything could happen within the next 7 days.

SYA has definitely peaked overall though, and it would be foolish at this point to say that there's any chance for it to break the record for the most weeks at #1 The only reasons this was ever even thought of to maybe be a possibility, were practically knee-jerk reactions to Uptown Funk being stopped from doing so itself, and because of how far out SYA went when it hit #1. I feel like the only guy who thinks BB has the power to be a smash, what with the added boost of Kendrick. I wouldn't discount the possibility of this turning out like Shake it Off did, though I'm not sure I see another multi-week #2 while it tries to return. (Either SYA will return and won't stay as long, or BB won't spend the whole time at #2.)

Anyway, I'm thinking it'll be something closer to WANEGBT (still surprised at Whistle returning to #1 lol) or maybe Lollipop or Bleeding Love.

Yeah, those numbers don't add up for me either. Confused. The only logical solution is that sales must actually have more weighting than what's depicted in our formula. It's the only one of the three components where BB was ahead so it must be the one that pulled it ahead in terms of overall Hot 100 points. Maybe sales are more, but perhaps radio/streaming number is less

The actual dividends don't matter. basically we thought it was 1 sale = 833.333 AI = 75 streams, but it looks like it might be more points per sale after all (i.e. 1 sale = 1000 AI = 90 streams, for example).

Is that why Bebe is not in the video? I recall reading an article a few weeks back where Bebe said she wasn't credited at first because they didn't want to blow out the length of the title with lots of features, so Nicki/Afrojack got top billing while her name was left off. Looks like the/her label wants to capitalize on the fact it's a top 10 hit now and have finally given her the featured credit though.

Ah, yes, it appeared Madonna did it as well with the True Blue album in 1986. Live to Tell #1 Papa Don't Preach #1 True Blue #3 Open Your Heart #1 It seems that this may be a more common phenomenon than originally though, haha! Edit: Oh, it also appears the Mariah Carey kinda sorta, but not really did it with the Daydream album. "Open Arms" technically came in between the number one smashes "One Sweet Day" and "Always Be My Baby," though "Open Arms" never got the full single treatment in the US. So, really, she didn't, but kind of, she did, but not really. How come you all forgot Christina Aguilera Her debut era: Genie #1 What a Girl Wants #1 I Turn To You #3 Come On Over #1 :) Haha, how could I forget that lol! There's probably a couple more lurking throughout history.

Of course, because we rarely see hip-hop/rhythmic songs with lengthy features these days lol.

Bad Blood reminds me a bit of Wide Awake by Katy. I can see it spending couple of more weeks at #1 but generally not being considered one of her biggest hits. It's no "Together" really.

What? No word from Billboard on Max Martin scoring his 20th Hot 100 #1 hit as songwriter?

10-15 weeks is really far-fetched lol. I'm not saying it's impossible, but there's no way to be able to predict 10-15 weeks at #1 for a song that literally just got to #1 less than a day ago. Besides, as someone said it doesn't really feel like much of a summer song. Plus there is going to be quite the competition upcoming. 4-5 weeks at #1 for BB is more reasonable. I don't get how one can be sure what song will be #1 2-3 months from now lmao.

Well. It is going to be nice to see Taylor get her 4th 3rd #1 single overall and 2 in a row from this album. Since the Hoildays are coming, this could be #1 for a long time even through February/March. Hopes It beats Rihanna's 'We Found Love" weeks at #1.

There is no competition from any major artist right now at the moment.Rihanna,Madonna and Kelly Clarkson's singles haven't done well on pop compared to their previous eras. The road is clear at the moment. Taylor is in it for the long run. Adele,Katy Perry new singles most likely won't be out until late August/September in the fall.

Here we go!-Aside from the top 10 moves, namely Love Me Like You Do going 8-11 (and the previously reported Dear Future Husband), #12, #13, and #15 stay stagnant. This is in part because Thinking Out Loud completely tanks past the zone in a 10-16 drop. -G.D.F.R. in its second straight week out of the top 10 crashes 14-21. -The top debut this week is Kick the Dust Up at #26, mainly fueled by sales. -Cheerleader is now top 30, moving 31-27. -Elastic Heart is a hit again, bulleting and moving 42-36 on its 20th week. -Please, the top-voted and selling original song from The Voice's latest season, debuts at #37. -Re-entering at #39 is Feeling Myself. A big fueler is a #19 debut on Streaming Songs, so maybe Tidal isn't that giant of a handicap on that chart? -One Last Time actually goes further in its fall than most Ariana songs and drops 24-40. -Out of the hit zone are Take Your Time (33-41), Blessings (35-45), Time of Our Lives (37-46), Take Me to Church (39-48), Sippin' on Fire (40-49), and Lay Me Down (38-56). -Continuing its rapid ascent is Flex (Ooh Ooh Ooh), moving 62-44. -Out of the top 50 are the aforementioned Lay Me Down, I'm Not the Only One (50-X, recurrent), Throw Sum Mo' (44-X, recurrent), Don't It (48-52), Smoke (47-53), and Truffle Butter (46-55). -Along with Feeling, The Night is Still Young got a proxy sales effect (and a bit of Tidal, though that was late in the week) to climb 66-51. Now that the music video's officially on YouTube, expect a surge next week. -Fun rides the BBMA wave 77-54. -Photograph had a sales surge early in the tracking week, and with the residual effects of the video, it jumped 92-58. -Unlike last season where 2 originals were top 40, now we don't even get to a second original before getting to the winner's final cover: Old Man debuts at #61, especially since iTunes promoted the Sawyer Fredericks competition collection after the win. -Flashlight, after the success of Pitch Perfect 2 and starting as top Bubbling Under song last week, lands on the Hot 100 at #68. -Uma Thurman beats its old peak in an 88-70 jump. Expect further climbs next week since a sale is causing its sales to leap. -The ball is rolling for I Need Your Love and Classic Man, which go 84-73 and 81-74 respectively. -Wet Dreamz is approaching its debut peak of #73 by moving 85-76. -After dropping 79-89 last week, Baby Be My Love Song regains most steam by recovering 89-81. -Believe and Raise 'em Up crash practically 20 positions each, 63-83 and 65-84 respectively. The former is because the album effect has definitively worn off, and the latter is because country airplay is dropping it unusually fast. -Following the launch of Zedd's new album, I Want You to Know slightly recovers 72-69 and Beautiful Now (which features Jon Bellion) debuts at #88. -After consistent sales, Crash and Burn comes back at #91. -The second original from the Voice to chart is Change My Mind, starting at #92. -Also from consistent sales, Stressed Out returns at #97, making it the only of Twenty One Pilots' songs to have multiple weeks on the Hot 100. -Off the Hot 100 aside from INtOO and TSM are Geronimo (54-X, recurrent), A Guy Walks Into a Bar (52-X), A Thousand Years (94-X), Beautiful Life (93-X), Nothing Without Love (87-X), Say You Do (80-X), and I'm Comin' Over (57-X).

You swore Blank Space was going to be #1 forever and that obviously didn't happen.
