10-15 weeks is really far-fetched lol. I'm not saying it's impossible, but there's no way to be able to predict 10-15 weeks at #1 for a song that literally just got to #1 less than a day ago. Besides, as someone said it doesn't really feel like much of a summer song. Plus there is going to be quite the competition upcoming. 4-5 weeks at #1 for BB is more reasonable. I don't get how one can be sure what song will be #1 2-3 months from now lmao. "Fancy" didn't feel like a summer song and was #1 for weeks a year ago. There is no competition from any major artist right now at the moment.Rihanna,Madonna and Kelly Clarkson's singles haven't done well on pop compared to their previous eras. The road is clear at the moment. Taylor is in it for the long run. Adele,Katy Perry new singles most likely won't be out until late August/September in the fall. that doesn't stop the many songs zooming up the charts like Hey Mama, Cheerleader, Worth It, You Know You Like It, even Lean On. So I wouldn't count our eggs before they're hatched. Lol we don't even know that it'll number one next week.

Yeah, those numbers don't add up for me either. Confused. The only logical solution is that sales must actually have more weighting than what's depicted in our formula. It's the only one of the three components where BB was ahead so it must be the one that pulled it ahead in terms of overall Hot 100 points. I noticed the solution right after posting what I did earlier. Thanks for reaffirming that. It's obvious now that sales were more a part of the equation than we had thought.

It will be a smash. With the Taylor-type airplay gains, it will surely get at least 2-3 more weeks at #1. Perhaps even more. Taylor is gonna be #1 for a long time.Like I said before, nothing is gonna stop it. I'm expecting 10-15 weeks at the most for this. :) Bad Blood should probably be number one for the next 3-4 weeks at least, but let's not go crazy. Haven't we learned from Uptown Funk or See You Again? It's a bit soon to make such bold predictions as in both cases, some song on the countdown came practically out of nowhere to knock it off the top. Besides I can see potential number ones from Jason Derulo, Meghan Trainer, OMI, Maroon 5, Nicki Minaj, and Ed Sheerhan in various places on the countdown. I think summer is going to be more interesting than people think.

The sales figures are rounded off and when the margin is tight, it made a difference. Probably nothing wrong with the formula.

It's sales are strong but we have no way of knowing what its streaming will be like, other than that it will be less than what it had last week. Obviously the airplay is increasing, but there is definitely a possibility that SYA could move back to #1 next week.

Its strong in sales with 2 songs hot on its tail. Barely #1 this week. Holding #1 next week will be tough. See You Again will still have the edge in the other two metrics

Yes, all signs point to SYA returning to #1 next week. BB's sales lead will be less, SYA's streaming lead should increase, and its airplay lead should still be comfortably higher.

The long title thing makes sense, but then again why wasn't she in the music video? Or the BBMA performance? It seemed to me they wanted to make it all about Nicki. Of course, because we rarely see hip-hop/rhythmic songs with lengthy features these days lol. Yeah, that excuse definitely reeks of BS. Credit length didn't seem to be an issue with "Gettin' Over You" by David Guetta & Chris Willis featuring Fergie & LMFAO. It might've had more to do with wanting to give the illusion that Nicki's doing the chorus herself (I thought was the case before all this Bebe-credit-talk started.) Much like Ester Dean on "Super Bass."
